The owner of the property we stayed at did say he reached out to evolve to issue us a full refund for our recent trip to Michigan. Yes, there were many issues with the rental unit. The biggest ones were the air conditioning not working, and the internet only working intermittently. Many other issues also including, the appliances were old and not working correctly, the bathroom was not very clean, the towels were placed near the ceiling and almost impossible to reach. The water smelled like iron or something. I had to sleep with the fan I went out and bought in my bed with the cord running over my head in order to plug it in. The kitchen floor was in poor condition and the list goes on. I was communicating with the owner about the two main issues and had mentioned some of the others. We tried to be patient in regards to the a/c but in the end the repair was not even possibly going to happen until Friday and then on Thursday after we had checked out the owner let us know a whole new unit would be installed on Monday. So we stay Tuesday night and Wednesday night trying to make the best of it. On Thursday morning the unit became very hot and with no relief in sight, I explained to the owner most of the above and that we were going to pack up and check out, get a hotel and head home disappointed. He agreed that was the best plan, and offered a full refund and thanked us for hanging in there under the circumstances. He advised me later that day a request to Evolve was made for a f
