Bellamente actualizado Queens Bay Condo con vista excepcional

Hermosa suite de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños en Lake Havasu, recientemente renovada, cerca del London Bridge. Vista al agua y al campo de golf, con vista a las palmeras y a la piscina con 2 jacuzzis. Todo a poca distancia. Cerca de tiendas, restaurantes múltiples y cine. Tome un ferry de 15 minutos al casino (apertura del nuevo casino en junio de 2018) o en el barco Jett a Laughlin. ¡Tantas cosas que hacer! Gran caminata, ciclismo, centro comunitario, bola de pepinillos, bolos, remo, remo, pesca y pesca.
La suite está completamente renovada. Electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, duchas. Sofá reclinable, smart tv de 55 pulgadas, cocina bien equipada, ropa de cama nueva, camas king y queen, pintura nueva y cubiertas para ventanas. Segura y amigable comunidad cerrada, ande en bicicleta o camine por la playa o isla rotativa.

Wonderful spot!
Well appointed, clean, lots of thoughtful touches, beautiful grounds, large pool, close to a nice walk along the channel. Well managed condo building. For us, it was an ideal rental.

winter getaway
We stayed in LeAnn's condo in Queens Bay for 10 weeks and were very satisfied. The condo was in a perfect location, a short walk to the London Bridge and within walking distance to many restaurants. We had an incredible view of the sunset every night. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks LeAnn

Holiday Getaway
The condo is on the backside of the property with a gorgeous view of the green rolling hills of the golf course, contrasting beautiful mountains and the well kept grounds and pool. Sunsets are amazing. Nice balcony for 2, condo was clean and inviting. The lobby area is well appointed and clean. Security guards on the property are helpful and friendly. I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing your slice of Lake Havasu paradise.

Owners were very responsive which was nice. Property is very close to the lake and bars/restaurants. Would recommend taking the key with you as you try to leave the property as we were locked in a few times. Mattresses on the beds are firm.

Very nice condo. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue I had were the old people that walk their dogs in the morning and talked to their dogs below my window at 6am. Will definitely consider staying at this condo again as I give it 5 stars!!!

We enjoyed our stay, this condo is immaculate and very well put together. Our view was great and we were able to walk to the shop s and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and a day of golf. I highly recommend this Condo, the owners are great and very responsive.

Had a great time, a few issues checking in
Overall it was very nice. Wasn't comfortable having to turn in waterheater and trip circuit breakers, too many issue's and not clear instructions. Had to stay in a different hotel because of Air-conditioning. I hope to get refunded for one night not staying in Condo and covering Hotel cost. We'll see 👀. Thanks

Great Location
The condo was perfect for us. We are frequent visitors to Lake Havasu and the places we frequent were within walking distance. As a golfer enjoyed watching the l on the course each morning before we got our day started. Will for sure ask to stay here again!

Really nice condo, high end fixtures and furniture. Owners were extremely nice and very responsive. Mattresses and pillows were to die for! Super comfortable. Location of condo was perfect. Next to the English village and the London Bridge. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Pool & spa were wonderful and made a great end to the days. Would absolutely stay there again. Thank you for the hospitality!
