This property though clean and comfortable was not advertised correctly through either Expedia or VRBO as there was a pool and OUTDOOR hot tub, but no indoor hot tub and no game room that we could find. Area very remote so bring your own food if you’re going for a large event like NASCAR which we did. Also cell phone service spotty and inconsistent, which limits ability to use the parking because the gate code works on cell phone. AVANT staff attentive, but incorrectly reported that we would need to purchase pool passes, which was not advertised and was not the case as the passes were available in the unit. I absolutely would go to the Poconos again, but probably seek a property with more accurate description and advance communication. Expedia was also not much help and it was not obvious at booking that the property was offered through another party

Lakeside Paradise
Lake Harmony was everything it implied ! It was lovely, comfortable and serene. Coffee w a lakeview and the tranquility were a dream come true for me ! I’m easily pleased 😄 The entire family agreed the lake activities were the best. We look forward to coming back again !!

Cozy and tranquil
The location of the property was exactly what we wanted. However, they never told us what apartment number was. We only had the building number so a little awkward and trying the keypad on other doors. The set up was perfect for the two of us. The rental had everything we needed. There was a smell of smoke entering the apartment- not sure if it was from the fireplace or a musty smell. There were dehumidifiers in the apartment running when we got to the place. The owners definitely have to get the keypad lock fixed. It always took us 2 or more times to try it to get in the apartment. Lovely location.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature
We had amazing stay at this unit , everything was clean when we arrive , beds where comfortable, kitchen had everything we need it for cooking, the pools where nice and heated outside just few steps from unit , the view from the patio was breathtaking. I highly Recommend this place we would be coming back next year Thank you for a welcoming pancakes mix and maple sirup:)

Wonderful site
We were very, very pleased with the site, particularly the view, and we had a log of fun and down time relaxing and taking quick trips. The location provides easy access throughout the Poconos. The only minor issues were related to managing the heating/cooling control and the water lever. With the control, between the swiping, scrolling and tapping (all with controls obscured behind the large table), and not really understanding if this was for heat, AC or both, it was a bit of a task. In a similar way, finding the water lever would have been easier with a few more words (not just "on the wall", but on the wall, near the floor, behind the chair. Even a brief explanation of the pool(s)--the one outside the condo as distinct from the one near the "beach" would have helped to take some of the guesswork out. This is for technical feedback only to assist future guests who may not be as savvy or willing to play with devices. The stay was wonderful and we would absolutely return again.

Truly A Pocono Home Away From Home
This warm and cozy property makes you feel comfortable, safe and relaxed once you're inside. The lake front proximity and view of Big Boulder Lake provides tranquility and peacefulness. We stayed during a full moon cycle and the reflection of the moon on the lake was hypnotic as we watched the moon rise from the big living room window. The owner takes great pride in ownership by keeping it very clean and provides guests with all amenities and special treats to help welcome you into their home. Less than a 5-minute drive away puts you near quality restaurants and bars if you so desire. Otherwise, the fully furnished kitchen will have everything you need to make or reheat meals. We stayed at the property at end of April and the weather was conducive for walks or sitting on the back patio to catch some sunshine. Overall experience was great, and I would like to someday revisit this property again.
