Golf weekend.
Most things were awesome except for 2 very important things. The chairs in the kitchen were falling apart and the guys were afraid to sit in them. The furniture was old and very well used. The water pressure in the showers was a beyond terrible and we could not brush our teeth if someone was in the shower. With 12 guys that’s tough.

Nice. But could use some updating
Overall our stay was nice. There are some simple maintaince things that could be done to improve the overall experience. The furniture was worn but it looked like they had new furniture that had just arrived(the boxes were sitting in the living room awaiting for assembly). Overall the check in was simple and we really enjoyed the fire pit and spending time with each other. We enjoyed the wildlife(turkeys and deer) that would visit regularly.

Perfect Getaway
The home was so cozy and enjoyed the kitchen. The microwave didn't work well and I emailed the manager. A new one was sent the next morning to use. Very Appreciative! Plenty of room for everyone to have their space and great family room to enjoy playing pool and watching movies. The weather was colder than expected but we were still able to use the fire pit and enjoy the backyard. Will definitely book again when we visit again during the warmer seasons.

Great time
Perfect getaway for my family. I traveled in from Colorado and wanted to stay a weekend in the mountains. We had a little snow storm come in to make it even better. The house was awesome.

Great House for the Poconos
This house is perfectly located for a nice ski trip at JFBB. It was super clean and spacious - plenty of beds and areas to hang out. Kitchen was stocked with a good amount of cookware, appliances, and dining sets. The only downside was the microwave didn’t work and wouldn’t heat up our food, but that was not a big deal because we mainly used the stovetop. The ice maker and water attached to the fridge also doesn’t work, but again not a big deal. The hot tub was a little too chlorinated the first night - my friends’ suit was discolored, almost like it’d gotten bleached. But the second night, it was fine. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

The pictures do not do this place justice - Must See - Must Stay!
This is definitely one of the nicer/nicest properties I stayed in with my family in the Poconos. In total we had about 16 people, mixed all different ages groups. The house was VERY spacious, not once did we feel we were on top of one another and there was something for everyone to do. The cleanliness alone is worth more than 5 stars. Looking forward to the winter time to go skiing with the family since it is close to many different ski resorts.

don’t stay here.
This house is a SCAM the check in was a miserable experience. The owner of house refused to answer my texts and was making up fake security deposits and if we chose not to pay them we would have gotten kicked out. The railing of the bunk beds very unsafe and had multiple accidents. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Disappointing
We were very excited to stay here as all the VRBO's we have stayed in were beautiful we have always left positive feedback. The pictures showed are gorgeous, however upon arrival the hot tub area was filthy and there were bugs everywhere as well as floating in the hot tub and the hot tub itself was filthy. There were bugs coming out of the bathroom sink in the master bedroom and you could not open the window as that was filled with bugs as well. The TV in the master bedroom did not work and the room stunk. The light above the shower in the master bathroom did not work. Underneath the kitchen sink was filthy with residue everywhere. We could have stayed at a far better/cleaner place for less money. We were charged a premium and cleaning service fees when it seems as if the place has never been professionally cleaned and I'm sure COVID standard disinfecting procedures are not up to par if the basics are being overlooked. I took a ton of pictures of the disappointing trip to back up every claim. We had to sleep on the couch. Not worth even a quarter of the price being charged. Do better.
