While the pictures were very accurate, the house is INFESTED with flying carpenter ants which I had to spray and kill DAILY. Each day literally hundreds of bugs emerged from the walls in the enclosed porch and the INSIDE WALLS in the kitchen. I bought and used 2 full cans of spray for our 4 day stay. One day there were bugs I hadn't noticed behind me and they began flying in my hair and on my bare back as I was in my bathing suit. I contacted customer service every day and sent pictures at their request. I was told numerous times the first 2 days that the local team was being contacted and would respond to resolve the issue. No one came or called. On the third day I had no response at all from customer service. Finally on our final full day someone from the local team arrived late morning. He was very apologetic and helpful, and this was not his fault. He said the issue was marked as being reported on Thursday when we checked in, but he wasn't notified until mid-morning on Sunday. He said our cleaning fee would be refunded, but I feel we deserve more of a refund than that as we couldnt use the enclosed porch at all, and we suffered anxiety and stress daily as we never knew where or when the next outbreak would occur. I had to clean up the dead bugs and spray residue inside as it was all over the kitchen counters, sink, window and floor. While we tried to make the best of this trip, it was far from the relaxing family time we hoped to have after my Father passing away recently
