Obviously the room has not or not been thoroughly cleaned, which surprised us since the cleaning fees that were included in our booking were quite high in comparison for the room size.
It was not possible (not even after approx 30 tries) to turn on the TV which was unfortunate since it was raining heavily and we couldn't get outside.
Also it was not possible at first to activate the heater, the room had a temperature of 12 degrees Celsius when we arrived. When we tried to warm up with the provided blanket we found a cleaning cloth wrapped inside.
We tried to reach out to Matthew but the contact number found in the booking confirmation was not valid. It surprised us a lot to can't get hold of anyone especially since all the booking and payment emails we received after our booking came in very quickly.
We tried to find a solution with Matthew and Alisha and proposed a reduced "cleaning" fee but never got an answer to this so we decided to unfortunately talk about our disappointing experience.
