“A little slice of heaven, next door to the Promised Land. We were in the area to visit Pa. State Parks and stayed here two nights. My wife found Rex Hotel online and she really relies on the reviews of past guests. With this receiving so many positive ratings we went for it. “Our family truly enjoyed our time at the cozy cabin! The cabin was clean and well stocked. The lake is a short 2 min walk just across the street. It was so easy to launch our kayaks there too. “This was the perfect property for us. So glad that we found a nice place that allowed us to bring our dogs. They barked their heads off while 5 deer munched,unfazed,on the lawn! The homeowners in the area were so friendly and gave us many tips. My daughter left her nintendo switch behind and it was easy to make contact to ask for it sent back. Still waiting but its only been 2 weeks and it IS her fault for forgetting right? Hot tub was clean and amazing! I would recommend ”

“Spent the 4th of July weekend here with my wife and our dogs and we loved the convenience of the location being so close to Lake Wallenpaupack and Hawley. Had all the amenities we needed and the dogs found it quiet and cozy for their much needed “relax” time as well. Highly recommended!”

“This home is located in a nature lovers paradise. The house is very nice and the covered porch is great. There is a path down to the river. They have a beautiful large deck overlooking the water and a staircase leading into the river. And the woods surround everything. “The place was beautiful and the community was great. The little pond in front of the house is great for kayaking or floating around. The gym and lake are just down the hill.One thing that the description of the house didn't highlight was the downstairs apartment.
