“This little Casita was perfect for a couple days of fishing at Lake Whitney and t(e Brazos river. The place was really clean and well equipped. The only negative is it’s on the west side of the lake so it’s hike to get to a grocery store, but I knew that going in since we owned a property in a near by development several years ago. No complaints here…would stay there again.”

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. There were 17 of us adults and there were plenty of areas to spread out. We loved the private cove and even floated in it the first evening! We were able to anchor and tie-up the boat and pontoon overnight with no problems. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub! And the view was pretty also! We would stay here again 🙂 PS: we are all in our 50's and 60's and had no problem with the path down to the lake. ...

“Even though this place is in the country, it isn’t far from everything Baylor. It was nice and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time hanging out since we were gone all day, but the little coffee nook was nice (and it had seasonal coffees!) Also, the place was well equipped with any need I could think of. We would definitely stay here again. And it’s great that it is dog-friendly. ”

“Everything about it was pitch perfect. We loved staying in such a quiet and beautiful setting. It is still close enough to do anything in Waco. The property is walking distance to the Homestead Heritage and we were there during the sorghum festival. I’d definitely recommend checking it out. ”
