The condo is very nice and fully upgraded. It’s comfortable and is exactly what we needed for our stay over Christmas holiday. It’s dog friendly, which is very nice.

Wow!! Kid friendly is an understatement! Crib, toys, books, potty seat, even extra diapers! This host is so incredibly thoughtful, everything you could possibly need has been thought of. The 2 bedrooms are downstairs with the living room and kitchen on the entry level. We put my 3yo in the full size crib in the smaller bedroom which also has blackout curtains and he slept all night, it was amazing! Everything is so clean and pretty, i think this would be a great place to stay even without kids, but it's such a relief for parents. I've rarely seen a place with all 5 stars but this place is absolutely deserving! Thanks Tatiana!

Perfect Stay – Best Host, Best House!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful house!Everything was spotless — the cleanliness was truly exceptional, even the garage was immaculate. The décor is elegant and welcoming, and it's clear that the host has thoughtfully considered every small detail to make guests feel comfortable.The towels in the house were honestly better than those in many 5-star hotels — thick, soft, and luxurious. The balcony was a perfect spot to relax, and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful.One detail that really stood out to us as international travelers: the house is equipped with power outlets that allow you to plug in your device cables directly — no need to bring international adapters. That kind of thoughtful touch makes a big difference.Communication with the host was the best we've ever experienced — clear, friendly, and helpful at every step. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the brand new washer and dryer were even better than the ones we have at home This home truly deserves more than five stars. Highly recommended!

Comfy in California

We stayed the week with two kids under 8 and had a great time! The home was exactly as shown in the photos with an incredibly wash checkin/checkout and a very engaged host. We had a great week in SoCal as the home was located at most an hour from all main attractions and only 15-20mins from the beach. We can’t wait to visit again soon!

Perfect house for babies

The house was clean and very functional. Nothing was missing out. Crib, toys, high chair. Everything in place. The neighborhood is calm. With lots of walking paths and playground for kids. The host is very responsive and proactive. We had a great stay! We will be back for sure.

Awesome kids friendly stay

Very clean, great neighborhood, extremely accommodating to young kids! Our family had a great stay at this home. There was an easy check in process, we met the property manager and she was so helpful and friendly. Great surprises for the kids like toys and popsicles!

Lovely & Convenient

The space was lovely. It’s a nice open space, with great lighting. I felt safe with just me and my sister staying there. It was particularly convenient for visiting our family, who all live in the village right up the street. The host was very responsive with the exception of the location of the pool & gym. This information was not in the welcome book, and I did not get a response when I requested it. I’m sure she will include it going forward.

As advertised

As shown in the photos this unit is nicely decorated and obviously caters to families with small children. It is well equipped and supplied. Master bed too soft for us and didn’t feel flat; didn’t use second bed. The views (a big plus for us) from the living and dining areas and from deck on upper floor are quite pleasant, mostly of the mature and plentiful trees and also of mountains from living room when weather clear. Location is very convenient but a drawback for us, who like to be outdoors/have windows open, there is traffic noise during daytime hours from the busy street on one side of this end unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Great Weekend Getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in May for her birthday. Everything was just as described in the listing, very clean and modern. The property owner was very responsive and sent a pre-check-in email with a ton of information about the property and things to do in the area. We highly recommend staying here! 10/10!

Laguna Hills

Tatiana was a wonderful host—very helpful and accommodating. The condo was extremely clean, and many of the essentials (such as dishwasher detergent, Keurig pods, etc.) were included. We have only two suggestions that will make our next visit even better: 1. It would be wonderful if there was a small dresser in each bedroom—that way we could have unpacked and not have to live out of a suitcase; 2. We would enjoyed having a TV in the primary bedroom. Other than those two items, the condo was perfect!

Wonderful place to stay

This was a great place for our family to stay for a few days! Has all your household items needed to spend just 1 night or 2 weeks or more! We loved to be able to watch the kids play in the patio from the living area and also being able to see them from the kitchen! Overall, our stay was lovely and would definitely come back for another peaceful stay! Neighborhood was perfect!

Long weekend with family

We had some special requests and the host was very accommodating! The place was exactly how it looks online. It was very clean! Easy to find, and close enough to highways to make it easy to get around the area. Super easy process! I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area! Highly recommend.

Clean and well appointed

A perfect home for us for a week. We brought our furry kids with us and they enjoyed walks down the hill to the local park. Lots of fun things to sniff and explore. The house itself is very comfortable. Host extremely responsible. Hit recommended.

LOVELY HOME!

The home is extremely well maintained, spotless & well stocked! Appliances were high end. Owner was very easy to contact. Our family was very comfortable staying here. Both bedrooms are downstairs so this home is perfect for anyone unless you have you have difficulty with stairs. I would stay again in any property owned by Tatiana.

Nice place. Responsive owner.

My wife and I chose this property for a short vacation. It's very clean and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Pros: Very clean and modern. Extra bedding and comfy bed. It has a garage which was great - Easy walk-in every time we got back from a day out - No dealing with parking lot issues, and no parking fees (like many resorts). Cons: There aren't any end tables by the couch - difficult to relax with no place for a drink. Hard bed pillows. Magnetic shower head falls off when adjusted. Not the right device for a small tub area. The unit is on two levels with the bedrooms on the lower level. Not a big deal, but got tiresome. Unit isn't near either of the pools and. We drove and there is plenty of parking near them. The manual for the unit didn't contain maps showing how to get to the pools, which are in different locations. We had to call the owner to get there. The TV is set up for Rocu and there aren't any instructions in the unit. I just wanted to turn on the TV and watch but spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to use it (study up on Rocu if you come here). There's a baby crib in the master bedroom. So much for romance. It's apparent that the owner takes good care of the unit and cares a lot about keeping it up. We expected a romantic getaway, but the unit tries to be both romantic and daycare-ish at the same time. Recommend putting away the kid stuff when a couple is coming to stay.
