Excelente ubicación en Laguna Village; acaba de estar disponible!; Convenientemente ubicado a solo 1 cuadras de la playa, a poca distancia de cualquier lugar donde desee estar; paseo marítimo, supermercado, centro de la ciudad, restaurantes, tiendas, galerías, cine, oficina de correos, mercado de agricultores, etc., a solo 1 cuadra de la playa principal y el centro de Laguna Beach. ¡¡Campo grande!! Encantadora casa de 2 pisos con 2 unidades separadas / entrada y 2 cocinas.

Estamos ofreciendo para el alquiler de casa de 1er piso con 2 dormitorios, sala de estar, cocina, gran jardín, amplio estacionamiento. Cocina completa con ligera vista al mar, Master, 2do dormitorio y sala de estar con vista al jardín. TV en el dormitorio principal y en la sala de estar, cable, internet de alta velocidad. dormitorio principal con cama nueva de espuma viscoelástica, pequeño armario para despertarse. Nueva cocina y electrodomésticos de cocina con horno de convección y microondas, lavavajillas, frigorífico, utensilios de cocina, sábanas, toallas de playa.
El segundo dormitorio tiene un sofá cama matrimonial totalmente convertido con adorno de espuma viscoelástica. El sofá del área de estar se convierte en la cama queen. Decoración ligera y limpia. Televisor de pantalla plana HDTV / monitor, cable, internet de alta velocidad.

Amplio patio jardín privado con cenador; las flores y los árboles frutales son un excelente lugar para descansar, hacer barbacoas, fumar y pescar, enfriador de agua con suministro de agua Arrowhead y calentador de patio, entretener y simplemente patear una pelota alrededor de la gran área de césped que está cerrada y segura para que jueguen los niños. La entrada principal grande permite hasta 4 autos fuera del estacionamiento para este alquiler.

Caminata directa a Sleepy Hollow Beach, justo al lado de la playa Main Laguna y del paseo marítimo.

Caminando hasta la estación de autobuses de Laguna Beach, a 15 minutos en coche del aeropuerto SNA, a 15 minutos en coche de Spectrum, a 30 minutos en coche de Disneyland y a 20 minutos en coche de Newport Beach o Dana Point.

Close to the Beach and has a Lovely Patio
Okay. So, let's start with the positives. This place is very close to the beach and has a wonderful patio. It was clean. Now the negatives --- serious lack of communication! It started when asked to cut a day off the end of my stay and was basically ghosted. When she finally did respond, dhe was rather terse. Prior to my arrival, I received information with the specific address of the property. However, the address was to the back of the property where the garage doors were not to the front of the property where the actual entrance was. After several text messages and some investigative work of my own, I finally figured out how to get into the property. The gate at the fence had a coded lock on it that seemed to indicate that I needed to enter a code which I did not have. I finally figured out there was a latch on the top of the fence, and I just needed to click that. The day of my arrival I received a text message with images of what a door lock looked like and how to operate it, but not the code to the door. After several text messages to the property owner. I finally received the code. Finally, inside the property there was no information for me regarding the property or the expectations. There was no code to the Wi-Fi etc. The following day I had to text the property owner again to request the code for the Wi-Fi. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Great location
We stayed here and could not have asked for a better location. Easy walk to downtown, the beach, and art festival. Dedicated parking was huge plus. We didn't receive check-in info until 4PM...perhaps due to email confusion but we got it sorted out which was the most important thing. Huge fan of Laguna!

Close to the beach and town. Perfect for our two large dogs because the backyard is fenced. Lodging is small. Nowhere to put luggage but on your floor. No closet space. Not much room to put away food, no workspace. You get the downstairs and hosts are upstairs. People coming in and out of yard occasionally so I had to be careful my dogs weren't out (they're protective). Hosts were quiet and friendly.

Great little place to stay
Vicky and her husband were excellent hosts. The place was clean, and plenty of room for my wife and I and our dogs. When we needed additional toilet paper, they were quick to respond. Lots of room in the back yard to play with our pups. The hosts live upstairs and we got to meet and interact with them a bit, which was very nice. They even interacted with our dogs in a very welcoming way. Living upstairs they are very courteous about noise and were not disruptive at all. Highly recommend you stay here, especially if you want a place right across the street from the ocean with very close access to groceries, restaurants, and shopping.

DO NOT STAY HERE
It was like pulling teeth to get check in info and that was only the beginning. The place was not clean, no toilet paper, no paper towels, Handles/doorknobs/doors were broken or jammed- and the worst of all- we did NOT feel come by the owners- they were condescending and complained about us having people over at 8pm on a Friday when our people left at 830pm- good luck enjoying that outdoor space they advertise. Oh and their yappee dog barked and went after our kid- super pleasant.

Nice owners/property managers and 5 star location!
The owners live upstairs, they were very very nice and ready to provide whatever you needed. Walking to town and the beach is the big draw here, fantastic location. It's great to have a parking spot or two on the owners property here AND the backyard is wonderful for relaxing outside or eating a meal in the gazebo. Thanks for a great time!

Great location
We loved the location, and it was a beautiful property! The fact that parking was included was a big plus, and the yard was perfect for entertaining a few guests for a couple hours. There was an AC unit in the living room, which was a nice addition. The only issue we had was halfway through our stay, the shower suddenly would not stay warm. I don't think it was an issue with the water heater, as when using the faucet for the tub, the water would come out warm. We had one warm shower at the beginning of our stay. We ended up just taking baths for the rest of our stay since we didn't want to take cold showers. I also did not receive check in instructions until the day of check in, and only after I reached out to the host saying that I did not get any instructions. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book here again! Laguna Beach is beautiful, and the trolley makes it so convenient to get around!

Quick vacation

Disappointing but close to things
We knew this wouldn’t be a luxury stay but filthy fans, dirty medicine cabinet and bathroom vanity. Kitchen cabinet filled with opened food and crumbs on bottom. Floors were dirty. I personally cleaned out the drain in bathroom that was clogged with hair. We took beach towels on patio to sit on the yucky furniture. And yes that really is a torn indoor couch on the patio. The good thing is Vicky and husband are nice people and cleaned some of the things. It was too long of list. They said it’s always rented so they don’t get a chance to fix or check cleaning people. The thing is I paid a cleaning fee as part of the rental so since it wasn’t, shouldn’t I get that back?

Location, location!
We have stayed in Laguna every summer for about eight years. This is the best location we’ve ever stayed! It was perfect for a family of four . We could walk to beach, shops restaurants in 5 min. The hosts were absolutely lovely, attentive but also gave us our privacy. The only downfall is no washer and dryer . It wouldn’t matter really for a short stay but since we stayed 16 nights it was kinda a pain to walk down the street to laundry mat. Still not a big deal ;) oh Also the beds super comfy which is the most important! My favorite vrbo yet ! Will be back;)

Perfect Location for Laguna
We enjoyed our stay in the Bright House. Although the house was quite small, it was equipped with everything you could ask for. The yard was an extra bonus for our little dog, who loved every minute of it. The location couldn't be better. It's close to lots of restaurants and shops and 2 blocks from the beach. It was quiet in spite of being right in the middle of town. One suggestion would be to put a reading lamp and table on both sides of the bed.

Advantages: within walking distance of beach, shops, good grocery store; parking provided; nice outdoor lounge area; all on one level. Disappointments: uncomfortable beds, couch, chairs; extremely limited table and closet space.
