Muy bonito apartamento con aire acondicionado, ideal para 2-6 personas.

El apartamento 3 objeto nº 759732 para se encuentra en la planta baja de la privada Vila Monte Luz, que se encuentra directamente en la playa de arena 'Praia Grande' en la bahía del mar de Ferragudo.

También hay disponibles dos apartamentos más pequeños para 2 personas (más 1 niño), objeto número 759147 y para 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 jóvenes), objeto número 759758.

Todos los apartamentos tienen una cocina totalmente equipada con salón, radio CD y televisión satelital interna. El apartamento 3 tiene tres habitaciones dobles cada una con armarios empotrados, dos baños modernos con ducha / WC, terrazas con tumbonas, mesas y sillas, una gran piscina de agua dulce clara con sistema de contracorriente y amplias y fantásticas vistas al mar. Una práctica zona de barbacoa compartida como barbacoa se encuentra debajo de la piscina. Aquí te sentirás cómodo y pasarás unas vacaciones maravillosas.

Desde la piscina y las terrazas, tiene una vista panorámica de la playa y el mar, así como la bahía de Ferragudo y el puerto deportivo de Praia da Rocha. Y el antiguo castillo de Sao Joao do Arade es tu vecino directo. La playa de arena de Praia Grande, con sus buenas localidades, está justo en la puerta y el romántico centro de la ciudad de Ferragudo está a pocos pasos de distancia. Aquí encontrará todo lo que necesita para las necesidades diarias, así como otros restaurantes locales y buenos restaurantes. La ubicación única de nuestros tres apartamentos ofrece algo muy especial para cada turista.

El Apartamento 3 en Vila Monte Luz se encuentra en las afueras del antiguo Ferragudo y frente al histórico Castelo Sao Joao do Arade, directamente en la playa de arena fina y el Océano Atlántico. La gran bahía natural 'Praia Grande' con su extensa playa de arena está bien protegida por el rompeolas en alta mar. Hay dos restaurantes locales y dos bares de playa populares en la playa, así como muchas instalaciones deportivas. Un atractivo parque infantil está justo debajo de la playa del mar: desde la piscina o desde la terraza del restaurante se puede observar maravillosamente a los 'pequeños' y allí se pueden ocupar y alojar de forma segura.

Ferragudo es un antiguo pueblo de pescadores con callejones encantados y edificios antiguos al estilo típico del Algarve. Un corto paseo lo lleva desde su apartamento a la plaza del mercado con cafeterías y tiendas y al pequeño puerto con sus restaurantes y bares de pescado.

Al otro lado de la bahía se encuentra la animada ciudad de Portimao y Praia da Rocha con su atractivo puerto deportivo, paseo marítimo y muchas tiendas, donde numerosos restaurantes, bares y clubes nocturnos no solo "cierran" por la noche. En la temporada, puede tomar cómodamente el taxi acuático desde Ferragudo, p. B. navegar hasta el muelle del nuevo puerto deportivo. Desde allí puedes seguir comprando .....

Hay suficientes atracciones turísticas. Además de los famosos campos de golf, el centro de tenis, el gran parque acuático 'Slide & Splash', el nuevo puerto deportivo, los numerosos deportes acuáticos como la pesca, el esnórquel, el buceo, la natación, el surf, el esquí acuático, la vela, la navegación a motor, la banana, el esquí acuático, y muchas, muchas excursiones por agua y en tierra justo en el barrio ...

Stunning location. We had a great 5 days in Ferragudo and would recommend this holiday home as a place to stay. Big shout out to Sandra who made us feel very welcome. We will be back!

Great beach location
Ideal beach location next to a Fort and three restaurants. Little town is about a 12 to 15 minute walk. So many little areas to drive to eat and walk around. Very hilly when walking. Parking in the little towns takes patience and usually need to walk a little. The pool overlooks the beach. Pool is not heated so all water is pretty chilly, but felt good as hot as it was there. There are pill bugs or roly-poly’s all over the hiking trails and they also get into the house when it’s super hot, but not a big deal. Air conditioning was a big plus. Full-size refrigerator. They also have a rooftop veranda that we hung out at a lot. Great hosts who were on site. This was our favorite location out of the 8 we stayed in this trip.

Beautiful property just steps from the beach
Steps from the beach! Beautiful villa with restaurants/bars within waking distance. Or a very short drive into town. Everything you need to cook. There is a pool and nice shared outdoor space and washing machine. Private gated parking area. Very good communication with the host. Make sure to bring all your own toiletries. The beach is the largest I have ever seen. Lots of other cute beach towns nearby you can drive to as well.

Helemaal geweldig !
Wij zijn meerdere keren in Ferragudo geweest. Dit was de eerste keer bij Vila Monte Luz. Wat hebben wij genoten van de plek, de gastvrijheid, het appartement, het zwembad en het uitzicht. Het contact met Sandra, en de dochter van Maria verliep fijn en ongedwongen. Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad en wij komen zeker terug. Vriendelijke groet, Familie de Vries - Kruithof

A fantastic stay!
I can't say enough great things about our stay at Maria's villa in Ferragudo! Our apartment was very clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets, linens and towels were provided. The kitchen is small but adequate to cook meals for our 4 person family and had the cookware we needed. The pool area is beautiful and the location can not be beat - literally steps from the beach! Maria and her daughter were very responsive, warm and friendly hosts. We hope to be back sometime soon and highly recommend all around!

Fantastic location
This lovely property is in a wonderful location, with a terrace looking over the beach. The beach bars/cafes are great. We loved Ferragudo, too - a charming small town. Great base for an Algarve holiday.

Férias tranquilas
Adorámos as nossas férias. O apartamento é muito bom, cozinha com equipamentos de qualidade e tudo o que é necessário. As zonas comuns (jardins, piscina, churrasqueira, lavandaria) bem cuidadas. A localização é fantástica, mesmo em cima da tranquila Praia Grande com o seu vasto areal. Os simpáticos funcionários (Sandra e Valentim) foram afáveis e sempre prontos a ajudar. Voltaremos com certeza!

Top Ferienwohnung ist traumhafter Lage
Trotz corona wollten wir einen entspannten Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie machen (junge Erwachsene bis Großmutter). Die Bilder sahen schon toll aus und dennoch waren wir bei Ankunft nochmals positiv überrascht worden. Super sauber (vorbildlicher Umgang mit Hygiene zu coronazeiten), toller Ausblick und vorallem die Terrasse mit Pool ist ein Highlight. Für uns der perfekte Aufenthalt für einen ruhigen und entspannten strand/poolurlaub.

Can't get over how great this place is. Location is fantastic,, everything is handy, especially the beach. 4 beach bars within a 2 minute walk, and the local village is only a few minutes as well. We have just come back after staying there with family (14). Cleanliness was great, absolutely no issues at all,, pool is very clean and the view is amazing. Already missing the place. We will be back.

Perfect, Great property in a superb location
This Villa was everything and more. Ideal location with fantastic views. Lovely pool and great company with the guests in the other two villas. We even had a joint BBQ which was good to bring all the adults and kids together. Well maintained and had everything we needed.

Lovely stay in Ferragudo
We had a fabulous stay in this apartment! My husband and I and our 3 daughters, ages 15 - 21, fit perfectly. The view from the pool area is magnificent. We felt safe and secluded behind the gated entrance. Choosing between the lovely pool area (where I loved to have my morning coffee overlooking the beach), the expansive beach that was never crowded and the selection of restaurants/cafes right down the stairs from us truly spoiled us on our Portugal vacation. The home itself was clean and comfortable. The only recommendation I would make, thus the 4 stars, is the comfort of the mattress in the master bedroom. It seemed a bit sunken in the middle and I felt like I had to sleep towards the edge of the mattress at night to avoid rolling into the middle of the bed! Also, more comfortable/fluffier pillows would be heaven. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, however, because the location, cleanliness, and comfort of the rest of the villa were superb!

Fantastic location!
Nice apartment for a family. The pool and sun terrace were enjoyed every day. We also used the barbeque. The beach and the restaurants nearby were perfect. I really recommend a stay at this lovely property. The location can not be better!

Lovely flat with a great location - we really enjoyed the stay
The location is perfect especially with a toddler, you are on the beach in 1 minute and the beach is nice and long.There are lovely restaurants nearby.We also enjoyed using the BBQ for early evening meals.Maria is a great host and Sandra is very helpful.All in all the perfect holiday!

From the ease at the booking process with Maria (The Owner) to being met by Sandra (Maid/Cleaner) who was very friendly and showed us around. Our stay has been lovely. Apartment 3 is on the ground floor of this large property. It has everything you will need,Is clean and well appointed. Even though the temperature was a little on the low side we found a perfect sun trap upstairs next to the pool.we spent 3/4 hours every day listening to the sea and getting a nice tan. The local town is about 12 mins away along the beach. LOADS of very good places to eat. You will be spoilt for choice. The Supermarket in town is small but has everything you will need(Great meat counter). A large Lidl is a little further out of town (+10mins).Not much of a bar scene however Ashleighs bar is a small place with a big welcome. The beach is vvv quiet with a couple of Nice places to eat. Club Nau has good food especially if you like Sushi (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED). As well as a nice traditional menu. If you are looking to relax in an idilic spot that's not overcrowded then this is it. Marvellous 😁

Traumhafte Lage und Aussicht
Vila Monte Luz ist traumhaft gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet (neue Bäder, Küchengeräte incl. Mikrowelle + elektr. Orangensaftpresse etc.). Von den Wohnungen selbst sieht man nicht auf das Meer, jedoch von der großzügigen Terrasse beim Pool, auf der man z.B. auch schon frühstücken kann. Der Strand vor Ort war im Juni kaum besucht und abseits der Sonnenschirme quasi leer. Über die Klippen am linken Ende der Bucht kann man in wenigen Minuten zu den nächsten Buchten oder Stränden wandern. Der Ort Ferragudo mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kalu Beachbar gleich unterhalb der Anlage hat die besten Burger weit und breit und einen klasse Sangria. Was uns auch gefallen hat: Grundlebensmittel wie Salz, Zucker, Essig, Öl, Kräuter usw. ist vorhanden und muss nicht von jedem Bewohner gekauft und dann halb entleert entsorgt werden. Auffüllen ist natürlich Ehrensache.

Amazing location and very comfortable accommodation!
We were met by Maria who stays upstairs in the property and Sandra who looked after us (and spoke good English) throughout our week. The accommodation is as shown and was ample for our party of 4. The pool and terrace were used throughout our stay and thoroughly enjoyed. The town was 10 minutes walk away and very pleasant in the evenings. We had a lovely holiday really enjoyed the beach which is safe for small children and Club Nau on Sunday afternoon as they have live music.
