“We stayed in the 3 bedroom - King bed, queen bed and 2 singles. It has a full kitchen and lounge and was very clean throughout and very comfortable. the young lady that we met was friendly and had a great sense of humour. Great place to stay and was so convenient for us as was only a five minute walk to my son's house. It is on the main road so traffic gets a bit noisy in the morning but was double glazed so was ok. ”

“Barbara was a gracious host and stayed up to let us in after midnight from our flight & showed us to our room. A lot of effort & thought on her behalf to make us welcome and feel comfortable. For the next two weeks all I heard from my wife as we travelled around NZ was that the coffee was not as good as Barbara’s and she missed her homemade waffles ”

“I have to say that this is one of the best properties I have ever stayed in, the consideration of the owners was brilliant, they have thought of how the home will be used and the people who are in there. From equipment to entertainment for the kids, even enough pegs for the washing... Just wow. Starting here made going away easy, and the kids loved the complementary food! Thank you. “This home was personally built and designed by the owners with high end finishes, design elements with a stunning kitchen and living room with two very nice bathrooms and side covered porch and three bedrooms. A foreground decididuous tree does obscure your center view at perhaps except in winter but the bay is especially viewable from porch and kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The parking area is private for this property and sits just above it's roofline. We highly recommend this property.”
