“We loved the size, decor and set up. Perfect for a big group. We initially thought we had a private pool on property, but the pool is hidden in the neighborhood. We finally asked someone in the neighborhood where the pool/hottub was in the picture and found it. Price wise ”

“17 of us with teens-toddlers and everyone had a great time. The basement is huge and the older kids loved it. Outside we played basketball, pickleball, volleyball, baseball, we fished, and we swam. We hope to go back.”

“Peaceful location about 1/2 mile from the main road with very little road noise. Really , the only noise was from the cattle in the field across the road. Property is as listed and convenient to Monticello and Beaver Creek Marina. Lots of boat trailer parking.”

“We enjoyed a few days away at this property. Be aware, this unit is on the second floor. There is a stair lift which was a blessing. If you need it, make arrangements in advance. It has an updated kitchen area and even a dishwasher. Also, the outside grill is charcoal, which was provided. The bed was large and comfy.”
