Great place and location!
Wanted to see if the Villages might be a retirement place we would like. The house was in a great location between Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs square. The golf cart to use was awesome! The host responded very quickly to any questions and called us when someone turned in our friend’s drivers license she must have dropped. I would stay there again!’

The house was very nice. Beds were soooo comfy and loved the pillows to the point when I got home I both some myself. My only ‘complaint’, the bathrooms still had hair in the shower and the corners of the floor. Also, it would have been help to have a map for the golf cart and how to navigate around. Other than that we would definitely stay there again. Thank yoh

Sweet Spot in The Villages
Location Location Location! It was perfectly situated where I needed to be! Visited my grandma for her 92nd birthday who was in local nursing home. But she's lived in TV for 27 yesrs prior. So, I know location is everything. Overall the rooms worked well. Kinda tough in one room with bunk beds for adults, but this home is also active with home owner. But it worked. The access to golf cart is a major plus, we didn’t use it because it was a quick stay. But definitely a plus if I was staying longer. Decor inside is nice and modern. The private villa aspect was nice. Enjoyed the sun & wine time without someone watching. Outside & back area could use a little curb appeal. But not a deal breaker. Homeowner was very nice & quick to reply. Definitely a place that I've added as a return.

We had a great time staying here. The location was near all the areas we wanted to visit like Spanish Spring, Orange Blossom, and the Arnold Palmer. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The owner gave clear easy instructions on how to get into the home and access WiFi. The golf cart was a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend

The location of this property is outstanding. The golf cart that comes with the rental is very good. The size of the unit was very good. The items in the kitchen are very sufficient. The owner of the property responded immediately a couple of times when we had questions. All of the beds are extremely soft which were way too soft for us. We stay in a lot of hotels each year and have never slept on beds this soft. The quality of the furnishings are very low for the amount paid for rental of the unit. Would stay again if the price was significantly reduced.

Tatyana the host was easy to reach by email and she was timely on her response time. Home was exactly as advertised . It was clean and comfortable.Having the golf cart was nice. location was close to several recreation centers/pools and between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter. More road were busy ,so you need to slowdown and be cautious of traffic when exiting the neighborhood. There were three couples that shared the home and we did not feel crowded. Would recommend bunk beds are more for kids than for adults kids if staying longer than a few days.

9 Day Nov'23 Rental
Nice property and well appointed. TV in all 3 bedrooms and terrific 70 inch in Living Room. WE originally struggled with the streaming TV , but the owner contacted us immediately and helped out! Good idea would be to put some TV operating instruction in the Welcome Book. Plenty of storage, well situated to both Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Over-all very pleased with the rental!

Close to just what you need.
This house is a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter or Spanish Springs. There is a grocery store at Lake Sumter if you forgot something from home. The cart holds 4 people, which is great for a family. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a stay in The Villages.
