“The only slight disappointment was the waiting time at the table for our meals which is why I only scored four stars on service.
However, everything else was superb. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

“What a fantastic stay we had as two couples celebrating my birthday. How lucky was I to receive a complimentary room upgrade which was a great surprise.
The room had a side view overlooking the water, a comfortable king bed and spacious bathroom.
Breakfast was plentiful with so many cooked options.
The hotel was central in Fowey, so everything was easily walkable. Sitting on the terrace with a drink on the water was a really calming area.

“Our stay at Higher Trenear Farm was amazing.
We stayed in one of the Mongolian yurts, which was unlike any other accommodation we've experienced and really added to the charm — it was the main reason we booked. The yurt was rustic yet very comfortable, perfect balance.
We loved being surrounded by farm animals and lush greenery — it made the whole stay feel peaceful and special.

“A wonderful stay with my daughter- hosts were very helpful and pleasant and a wonderful self service breakfast was on offer with a great variety to choose from including a wonderful cake made daily by the lady of the house which we enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden with a cup of tea. Bed was very comfortable and lovely pillows which is a rare find. Easy walk into town
All in all a delightful stay and would highly recommend. I’ve no doubt if I visit Truro in the future I would stay here...
