The house was great. We spent countless hours swimming in the pool. When we contacted Hannah about a potential issue with the air conditioning, we got almost an immediate response and constant communication until the problem was solved. The house is not far from Zion, so it was a convenient location to stay at and get to and from Zion.

A great family-friendly stay with quick check-in/out. The pool and hot tub were perfect for both kids and adults, and the large indoor/outdoor dining tables were convenient. The garage games, especially Pac-Man, were a hit with the grandkids. Easy access to Zion was a big plus.

Great property for groups

We had a great stay at Hannah’s property. The house was spacious and clean and the pool was fantastic. We had a large group of 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend this property.

Had Everything we needed

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was clean and ready for us. Kids loved the pool and spa. Rooms were so fun and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Game room was a bonus. So comfortable to have supper outside on the patio. Quiet neighborhood close to coffee shop and grocery.

Family visit to Zion

This was a great place for a family stay for our visit to Zion. Kids loved the pool/hot tub and game room. Everyone loved the comfortable beds. Plenty of space to spread out and relax and all the details have been thought of. Hannah is very helpful and quick to respond to requests. Highly recommend.

Luxury in La Verkin

We were in the area for a half marathon and the property was perfect! In addition to being a great location and clean, Hannah, the property manager, was incredible. She did everything she could to ensure we had a pleasant stay and promptly answered all inquiries and concerns. Additionally, she took the time to identify great restaurants and things to do in the area. This was an exhaustive list that she put time into creating and we could not be more appreciative, as her insight and advice made our stay even more special.The property is in a great location. We were close to Zion and able to access good restaurants, grocery stores, and other attractions, like river rock roasters, which was less than a mile away. We walked there everyday for good food and cold beers. The house did not disappoint! We comfortably fit 6 adults in 4 bedrooms, which left one bedroom unoccupied. The house was immaculate and included some great amenities like air hockey, basketball, a pool, and hot tub! We had just as much fun sitting around the yard enjoying the weather, as we did exploring the parks and thats because we felt at home here.I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to stay near Zion. You will not be disappointed. Hannah was friendly, informative, and responded promptly to any questions I had regarding the home and area. Also, the neighborhood is very quiet, which was an added bonus.Thankful for this property and Hannah!

Wow! So fun!

We are so thankful for this host and this property - we were supposed to spend the weekend in the mountains in CA for our foster's birthday but the wildfires redirected us last minute and this rental was SO much fun for the kiddo up to us adults. Hannah made some exceptions for us to be able to make this happen and we were so grateful. The house is well supplied, spacious and very homey. I'd come back in a heartbeat!

Zion Family Trip

This house is a home and comes with everything to make your stay perfect. Hannah is the best host of all time. Her response time is minutes! Check in and out was a breeze, and exploring Zion National Park was spectacular.

Perfect house for us

We loved everything about this house. Everything was clean and we were so comfortable. It was extremely hot outside but ac worked great. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Hannah was the absolute easiest host to communicate with. Close to Zion NP, grocery stores, restaurants. Would love to come back.

A Peaceful Retreat

Our family of five had a wonderful visit to La Verkin. We explored Zion and Bryce and enjoyed the opportunity to retreat from the Springdale crowds and heat to the restful home. Kids loved the pool and games + ample and comfortable space. Hannah was a great hostess - responsive and thoughtful! We appreciated proximity to grocery store, River Rock Roasting Company and our favorite part of Zion (Kolob Canyons).

Great place to stay when visiting Zion in the hot months.

Family of 4 stayed with main purpose of visiting Zion and chilling at the house in the evening. Inside of the house was a little outdated, but comfy and meets all needs. We unfortunately didn’t have time to play with any of the fun stuff in the garage. They had some fun board games in the kitchen cabinet. Outside area was great with shaded sitting area near pool. Pool slide was a lot of fun, but one of the screws appeared lose and the bushes need trimmed as they covered the steps. Neighbor rooster was really noisy in the early morning. Neighborhood was a little sketchy looking but we had no issues. Overall we really liked the place and would stay again if we were visiting Zion National Park again in the hot months.

Perfect Spot Near Zion

What a fantastic house. Very clean and decorated super cute. Beds were comfortable. Owner was super quick to respond to questions. All the "extras" were nice to have. Right around the corner from the best coffee shop in La Verkin. We would stay here again!!!

Perfect Place for Ultramarathon Event

Our family had a wonderful experience staying here for five days and participating in the Zion Ultramarathons. The pool, hot tub and game room provided ALL family members who weren't running with plenty of options. Having the best coffee shop ever just up the road was an added bonus! Hannah is an exceptional hostess with responsive communication and a number of personal touches (welcome note, candies, flowers) that made us feel very welcome. You can't go wrong here!

Near Zion

About half an hour from Zion’s main gate. Spacious house, some bedrooms were small but loads of common space including a garage filled with games. Pool and spa are in the back of the property, very child safe. Manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

SO MUCH FUN!

We loved the location, e-scooters, game room, pool… everything! We tubed the Virgin River with Zion’s Tubing which is only about 10 miles away. We E-biked through Zion’s and hiked the Narrows. There are fun hikes right around the property and a path down to the river at Power Plant park. The pool was perfect and so nice after a hot day hiking. We will definitely go back.

Great Utah getaway

Owner was great before we arrived with answering questions and hike recommendations. Outdoor areas were very nice and private. Family had fun with garage games. Mattresses were extra comfy. Thank you- can’t wait to visit again.

This is a great and spacious house near all the places we wanted to visit- Quail Creek for paddleboarding/ kayaking, Sand Hollow State Park for waterskiing/ wakeboarding, and hiking Zion the Narrows. The pool and jacuzzi were needed. Derrick is a great host!

Family Vacation 2022

We had a magnificent time at this property! My husband and I brought our 3 sons and their wives to vacation in Utah and visit Zion as well as the Grand Canyon North Rim. This was a great location! We absolutely loved the house! Perfect for our party of 8! The pool was the best feature with the ping pong table running a close second! We had so much fun gathering around the large high top square table playing cards and sharing meals! And the large media room downstairs provided more than enough space for all of us to gather and watch a movie! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The easy access was a huge plus!! There was even a neighbor outside walking her dog who stopped to chat with us. Very friendly area and the coffee shop down the street was great and makes delicious pizza as well!! Thank You Derrick for a lovely place to rest and relax after a day of hiking and sight seeing!! We absolutely love Utah!!

Great Zion Getaway

We stayed in June. The house was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit and the location was excellent. We had 3 Generations and there was something great for each one. I would definitely recommend this property and won’t hesitate to stay again.

The perfect house for a Zion trip

We had an incredible experience staying at this home for our Zion Adventure trip. Being able to relax by the pool and hot tub after a long day hiking was amazing. The house is very equipped and organized with everything you’ll need. Garage is full of games so you’ll never be bored. Short drive to the national park! You won’t regret it!!

Great getaway with family!

The house is well equipped with a great arcade area and pool/hot tub. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The bedrooms are good size with ample closet space. The house is well situated with multiple restaurants and shops near by. The host was responsive. All in all a great visit. We would have used the pool more if it was heated.

The perfect place

We had an excellent stay- great location and the house provided endless entertainment. I would have liked more garage space or access from the front gate to the patio as we did have bicycles and nowhere to put them. Otherwise 5 stars and would stay here again next time!

So Much to Do!!

This property is one of our favorites on Vrbo thus far. The property is very comfortable and feels like home but better!! The house was so clean, so well stocked with necessities, and has tons of fun things to do. We enjoyed the board games, snuggling on the basement sofa at night while watching movies, the pool, the hot tub, everything! The slide was so fun and in my opinion just as fun for adults as it was for the kiddos. The games in the garage were definitely put to good use by our family during meal preps and waiting for the oldest daughter to finish getting ready each morning. :) Derrick was also so accessible and accommodating. The 4 bikes were in the shop so he offered and paid for us to rent the scooters, which were an icing on our vacation cake!! So unnecessary but much appreciated. We used the scooters to visit a local trail within the subdivision that might not be for the faint of heart but definitely leads to a gorgeous close up adventure of the Virgin River. There's even an old car that appeared to have driven off the cliff close to the old hydroplant, which was so interesting! The home is close enough to Zion but not too close. We enjoyed being in a neighborhood with really friendly neighbors that offered directions and suggestions for local stores and things to do. So welcoming! Definitely reccomend and would definitely visit again!!

Perfect! This has everything!

We LOVED staying at this house. Everything was super clean and well organized. We were four separate households meeting up for a family reunion to explore Zion. Traveling with young children, especially a crawling infant, is never easy but this house had everything we needed including two stair gates, pack ‘n’ play, high chair, stroller, toys, baby monitor, pool toys, Stearns floaties for the young swimmers, separate pool towels - they thought of everything! The beds were very comfortable with quality linens, the decor was very tasteful, and the pool was awesome. We came for Zion, but I think the pool was the highlight of the trip for our kiddos. As far as location, this was a super easy (and beautiful) 25 minute drive to the gates of Zion. It made an early morning trip up Angels Landing, or a lingering evening at Emerald Pools much more doable knowing it would be less than 45 minutes from door to trailhead. The owner has a great list of places to eat and sights to see. He communicated clearly and promptly. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Clean comfortable home away from home

We very much enjoyed our stay at this La Verkin property. This property was clean, comfortable and very homey. The backyard is a wonderful oasis. The property host had it prepared with everything we needed including references to local restaurants. Our kids had a lot of fun playing in the gaming area in the garage. Hot week in Utah

The week we stayed at this location it was very hot. The location was perfect for day (morning) trips and hikes to Zion National Park as well as horseback riding and UTVing. We were able to come back from our outings in the early afternoons to a welcoming home and a great pool area that the kids took full advantage of. In the evenings the kids enjoyed the many activities in the garage area and went on bike rides. The snow cone stand a block and a half away was a huge hit. Just don’t get the large (it’s as big as your head.) We had a question and contacted Justin the Property Manager and he was super accommodating. We would definitely suggest this house to those who are looking for a quiet, relaxing, small town environment but close enough to St George if you wanted to go out for dinner.

Ideal Launchpad for Zion!

Could not have been more satisfied with out stay!! Very comfortable/user-friendly space for a large group, with lots of amenities and activities — plenty of beds & comfy couches/gas grill/pool/hot tub/bikes/basketball/air hockey, etc. Will definitely consider staying here again on my next Zion trip!!

Great stay

It’s obvious that owner decorated this property with passion and consideration. Besides obvious hot tub and pool, the owner also keeps a good selection of games, bikes at house. Everything is clean and comfy and location is great for visiting Zion and close to a great selection of restaurants after a tiring day. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for fun.

I’ve been coming to Zion every spring and I always reserve this home. Derrick keeps it in great shape. We weren’t able to make it in 2020, but in the interim he made some great improvements, particularly the garage rec room and the enhanced backyard with a shaded pergola. Cant wait until 2022!

Even better than we expected!

We were so impressed with how clean, spacious, organized, and updated the home was during our stay! The owners were also super responsive and friendly. The only thing that could have made our stay a tiny bit better would have been a heated pool as we visited early enough in the season that the water was frigid. Thankfully, the hot tub was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!
