“The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!”

“Everything was great. Walking distance to some nice restaurants and st charles street line that runs 24hrs.. 7min drive to down town garden district that has many shops etc to explore”

“This location was ideal for us. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go from here. There were 5 of us and we were all very comfortable in the apartment (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). We were super happy with our 4-night stay.”

Not a great spot if you’re looking to blow it out for a weekend in Nola, better as a cool quiet spot to retire to and relax after being out all day/evening after experiencing the city. Lots of places close by on feret and in the garden district. Would def stay again for sure. ”

“We came to NoLa to celebrate a family member’s birthday. With a few short uber rides to the high traffic areas, we were extremely happy with our stay. The courtyard and pool were great amenities that we used daily! Contact with the host was quick and professional and greatly appreciated!”

“Pros: Our stay was very nice. The property was very well-kept. The check in process was seamless. Parking is somewhat limited. My family was very comfortable. Everyone had a space of their own. Cons: Cleaning fee was a tad high, considering that the property was dusty and the floor needed to be swept and mopped. The same can be said abt the patio. There was a termite infestation which left a dirt mound on one of the window ledges and dead termites on the floor.”

“Let’s just start by saying the communication between VRBO and Hosteeva to the guest needs much improvement. This was my first time using VRBO and I will not do it again. The unit was owned by Hosteeva but we rented through VRBO and paid the VRBO service fee. However - every time we had a facility question - our question was sent from VRBO to Hosteeva and then Hosteeva response was blocked by VRBO. Instead, we would receive an email asking if we were happy with our response. The answer was always...
