PGA Tanglewood
This was the most enjoyable stay in PGA West we’ve ever had. The home is serene, beautifully furnished and well designed. The view, pool, and jacuzzi were great. The unseasonably hot weather didn’t even matter. We felt as though we were staying in a home away from home and look forward to staying there again.

Nice Getaway
This property is a beautiful, and the location is excellent. It was a nice retreat in a quiet location after very busy days at a convention. I had some concerns about only being able to put the air conditioning down to 76 in the summer but the house was very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped, and all of the furniture is very comfortable. Only real drawback was that several days in the evening the pool and spa equipment was running (on a timer) making it so we could not use the jets in the spa. You also have to pay extra to heat the spa.(heating the pool I understand because of the cost but what is the point of having a spa that is not hot). The location is very safe and secure and we would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed
Unfortunately, the spa was not available to use. We were all looking forward to enjoying the spa each night and were unable to use it due to a broken pipe that was flooding the side yard. I pointed it out to the pool maintenance employee but he was unable to fix it. I was told that someone would come out to attempt to fix it on Friday but no one ever showed up. Also, the pool lights did not work so night swimming was out as well. Don’t really feel like we got the value for our money that we were expecting.

Our stay was nice overall. The house was spacious and set up comfortably. Instructions left on counter were very clear. I wish check-in was a little earlier than 4pm because by the time we got settled and went to the grocery store it was already evening. The patio, outdoor furniture, and pool were very dirty so we spent quite a bit of time cleaning that before we could enjoy the outside.

Love this house - had some bumps
Have been staying at this same house over the past 5 years. While we love this house, it’s starting to show its age. We had guests next door who were up late outside having a party - we thought this was not allowed and the pool cleaners never showed up so we had leaves and grass clippings in the pool that the lawn maintenance folks had blown in the pool. For the price we paid, we were a little disappointed this trip.

The property was very comfortable and well equipped. Cupboards in the kitchen and bar area need some repair but nothing major. The pool area was well equipped and the fire pit and heater on the patio were perfect for the cool evenings

wonderful stay
We spent Memorial Day weekend here and had a wonderful stay. The house was well equipped and very clean. There is plenty of seating out at the pool and we enjoyed our evenings sitting outside near the fire pit. I would highly recommend this house.

Unfortunately the pool was super dirty and it took the property manager 1 1/2 days to clean it and that was after multiple calls and text messages. Very disappointing for such an expensive property

The best stay house in La Quinta!
I booked this house with friends and we had the best experience all around. From booking, to the check-in process and the stay itself, everything was 5 stars. We had no issues with any of the amenities or getting picked up/dropped off. We can’t wait to come back to enjoy the property and make more memories next year!

Great location
Walked out the door to #11 T box. Had a grapefruit tree in our yard and hummingbirds all over. Ducks and geese roaming around, perfect setting. My one complaint is supplies! You had to go out and buy bare necessities such as toilet items, paper towels, condiments and other items that you may use once but have to have for that one time lunch or dinner occasion.

Overall, the property was great. Pool and spa wonderful. House had all the amenities. Several small problems that need attention are the ice maker in the bar area was not working and there was mold around the base of the shower in the front bathroom. Also, no access to the garage for parking.

Great home!
Perfect for girls weekend. The house itself was clean and very open. The pool was much needed and very relaxing. If booking through Turnkey, I would call ahead of check in to ensure they have added all guests to the list at the guard gate. They did not with us causing a 45 minute wait to check into the neighborhood. Other than that, I would book this property again.

Perfect for a girls weekend getaway
This house was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. It was clean and spacious and we enjoyed using the pool. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet... just what we were looking for. The property management team was good about responding to my questions via text. I did have to kill a few crickets in the front bedroom bathroom, but bugs are to be expected in the desert. The AC was great throughout the house except for the same front bedroom, however the ceiling fan helped with air circulation. We also couldn't figure out the toaster, it may need to be replaced. Regardless of those things, my friends and I had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great place!
This house was perfect for a girls get away! We loved lounging by the pool and taking a break from the heat inside when needed. The house was clean, spacious, and everything we could’ve asked for. We did have to run to the store for more paper towels and toilet paper, so that would be the only (small) hiccup we had. Regardless, we would definitely stay again! Thank you for the wonderful weekend!
