Ubicado en la comunidad PGA West, adyacente al popular campo de golf Arnold Palmer, este condominio de un solo nivel de la unidad final cuenta con vistas al lago con las montañas como telón de fondo. Hay una sala informal de la mañana en la cocina con un gran ventanal con vista al lago. Pase el día bajo el sol del desierto junto a la piscina compartida, solo un corto paseo por la carretera, luego regrese y prepare una comida en su propia parrilla de barbacoa privada o en la cocina totalmente equipada. Disappointed
On the first nights stay I decided to use the BBQ and it caught on fire due to a flammable material being left behind the grill. I had to extinguish the fire and close the gas valve to prevent damage to my wife and I and the property. All the food I was cooking was wasted. I notified the property manager and requested compensation for this horrible experience. I was never informed that the BBQ was cleaned and fixed. I only discovered it was on the last day of stay from looking at the BBQ. After the trip I had to make several calls to find out what I would be compensated. I was told it was a very minimal amount of compensation due to nothing happening from the fire. This was my first time using Vrbo and my wife and I are very disappointed. This is our last time using Vrbo.

House Fine/Checking In Problematic
Location and cleanliness of property just fine. Just right amount of room for the 2 of us. I found the check-in process very hard for one traveling in the same day. Having to go to the office or a zoom call was very hard to manage and completely unnecessary. I finally got the management to let me do it over the phone. No other rental management company requires that as I rent frequently in the area. Unless they ease this process, I probably would not rent again.

A very pleasant stay!
Overall the condo was perfect for our needs: two bedrooms (each with their own bathroom), reasonable living room, functional kitchen, pleasant patio with a great view of the pond and mountains. Only minor downside was the height of the queen-sized bed - my wife and I are 5'6 or so and the bed was awkwardly tall for us. Other than that it was great!

Tanglewood Condo PGA WEST
We have rented both houses and condos at PGA West for 10 years. We rented this condo for a month. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Beautiful setting and view. Upgraded appliances. Interior is clean. The garage door opener was missing when we arrived, but the local Vacasa staff was prompt in sending someone over with a new one. Pool is close by. Cons: The large sliding patio door has instructions on how to lock it. Even with two people we could not get it to lock. We had to use a large dowel wedged in the runners. The fireplace is not operable. The living room furniture has seen better days. The leather is cracking and splitting. The master bath electrical sockets were labeled GFCI Protected. Only one socket at the double sink vanity worked, the other side kept going out and had to be reset from another room (only one device was plugged in). As other reviews have noted, the towels are pretty threadbare, and the sheets ill-fitting for the bed. The kitchen utencils are cheap plastic. We had to spray for cockroaches in the garage. I understand this is a much used rental unit, but the owners REALLY need to give it some TLC. I was impressed with Vacasa, but would not rent this unit again until issues and minor upgrades are completed.

Spectacular Property
The property is well furnished and has a spectacular view onto a small lake and the mountain. The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked as it should. I would definitely stay here again. I downgraded to a 4 of 5 because the management company didn't call my name into security before I arrived after telling me they would. Then also sent the entry code at the last minute, but the email took until later than I arrived, causing further frustration and delay getting into the unit. Once I got in, the stay was otherwise perfect. I really appreciated having access to the garage.

The home was clean, beautiful house surroundings with views of hills and golf courses. Nice to take dog for walk. Beautiful property and comfortable bed. Kids and husband loved ping pong table and fishing.

Mountain View Escape
Despite the extreme temperatures overall very impressed, we were very relaxed throughout our stay. Nice view, even saw Big horned sheep throughout the neighborhood!

PGA West Beauty!
Lovely setting on the lake and open space. Very clean and well decorated condominium with 2 + bedrooms and 2 baths. The beds were very comfortable for good sleeping. All in all, we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

One Kitchen towel. One not two one! The cushions on the back deck are dried out you cant sit on them. Mildwew also. They keep thier own cushions in the garege. Kitchen utensils at a bare minimum Sliding doors dont open all the way and the main door is dificult to close They have a doggy door in the sliding doors that prevents them from opening. Kitchen cabinets are 70% empty Veryry few pots and pans Very few srorage containers for leftovers No Foil or Siran wrab Outdoor grill didnt work. O would never recommend this place to anyone

Beautiful view
Our family of four enjoyed our time in La Quinta. The condo was clean and the location was great. There’s a really pretty view out back. It’s not on the actual course which I thought but ended up being ok. The only negatives were we wished there was one more chaise out back-one was nice two would be better. The beds were not super comfortable. Sheets were rough and pilling in primary bedroom and mattresses very firm. Son slept on pullout which was not comfortable for him.

kitchen needs more attention, no tea towels , dish cloths or teaspoons
I had addressed concerns about the reviews in reference to the cockroaches and was assured that pest control was done unfortunately this was not the case and we left the property four days before our check out date because of roaches I was reimbursed for the four days , but will not entertain a property ever that has comments about roaches

The location, PGA West was absolutely amazing. The unit was totally misrepresented in the photos.
The actual unit was dirty, dead cockroaches in dishwasher, mouse poop in kitchen drawers, sheets dirty. The kitchen had no spoons and very limited utensils. The interior unit was a huge disappointment and terrible value for the money.

Lovely and quiet with Bighorns at our patio!
2nd time at PGA West, and love the views! This unit is beautiful and well appointed, but honestly, the views take the cake! Complete with a morning visit by a herd of Bighorn sheep. So much fun to watch them from just a few feet away. We had the pool/hot tub all to ourselves, and only wished we had more days to enjoy the sun.

Relaxing!
Spacious property with a beautiful view! Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the shampoo and laundry detergent. We have stayed in PGA West before and this has been our favorite property. We would certainly want to stay here again! We were grateful that the remotes were organized and labeled as this can often be a frustrating guessing game. Would like to suggest some black wash cloths for makeup removal. We also killed 3 cockroaches during our stay. We missed the checking out email as we left early in the morning so we hope the house keeping crew made it in.

Great place, great location, except for the bugs
Great place and great location until the cockroaches showed up. In the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Maybe the place needs some fumigation to get rid of them. Thankfully we only saw them 2 days before we left. Otherwise the trip might have been ruined if we saw them on day one. We called, and they offered to spray but that was too late at that point. I guess they're clean enough for covid but not clean enough for cockroaches. Other than that the place is awesome. Love the view from the back and it was really comfortable.

Very Nice condo with excellent view!
Very nice condo with plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Very nice view of a fishing pond and mountain range. Plenty of walkable pools in the community to enjoy.

Overall Very nice spacious condo beautiful mountain view
This was kind of a last minute wknd getaway but our 1st time using Vacasa through Vrbo. check in and check out was very easy and communication was great because it was contact less. The condo looked exactly how it was advertised, very nice and big. There were 4 adults and a 9y/o in our group and we had plenty of room to relax comfortably the only thing that could've been better is if there was another sofa in the living room because we had to pull up a kitchen chair to use for all of us to sit and watch a movie together. Also, maybe add another chair or 2 to the dinner table again, there were 5 of us but only 4 chairs. The only negative was the white leather sofa in the living room was very dirty, I had to wipe it down myself with Lysol wipes. The dish rack was also dirty and needed cleaning. There were several crickets inside the house a big one on the ceiling in living room one in kitchen by stove one in front doorway and one more in guest bedroom we left them alone as we thought they were there to eat mosquitoes. And being in the desert this time of year it's hot (103 degrees today) it's common to see some kind of insects crawling around. Both bedrooms were nice clean and comfortable Although the washer and dryer looked new when we opened the washer machine it had a strong mildew smell and it leaked some water out of the bottom when I did a load of towels. The dryer worked good. The 2 car garage was nice and clean and spacious organized with brooms and light weight vacuum (vacuum was full of trash from previous guest I had to empty) and 2 trash bins that were easily accessible for us to put our bagged trash in. We arrived and checked in late on a Friday evening (11:00pm) So our 1st morning here was a Saturday and we were going to sleep in a little but were awaken around 8am to the loud sounds of a leaf blower and gardening rakes outside and landscapers in our backyard like literally right outside the main sliding door to the living room blowing the patio furniture off and cleaning flower beds out etc for what felt like hours. We could not go outside in backyard until they finally left. They're are several pools in this community within few minutes walking distance both days we went swimming was very nice had the pools to ourselves but it didn't cool us down because water temp was very warm probably due to over hundred degree weather. But the air conditioning in the condo worked very well made our stay comfortable that was a definite plus.

Great Place to Stay!
This was a very well kept and extremely nice condo with everything thoughtful and well organized. The patio overlooking the pond made for a few nice mornings, we enjoyed having our coffee, and my 4 year old daughter was excited to see the ducks and cranes. We even got visited by the big horn sheep! Very quiet place and the neighbors were extremely friendly. We would absolutely recommend this property and look forward to staying there again. We had a wonderful time
