So disappointed
I have tried to call a few times to chat with you but to no avail. I’m not someone who complains often but when I’m unhappy, I prefer to chat directly with the individual instead of providing public reviews - I am a president of a company and I treat others how I would like to be treated. Unfortunately you’ve given me no other choice. I’m saddened by that. We travel at least o once a year to Palm Springs and usually stay in Indio. This time, we thought we would try something different. I must say this has been the worst rental experiences have had on Palm Springs. To begin with, we didn’t receive a welcome email with any information for check in, address, instructions etc. I had to beg for the address and entry code by sending multiple texts. The list of unacceptable items was much too long to pass as too busy because of the fires - there was no access out entire stay to the pool or hot tub, the ice maker didn’t function and despite being told twice that a repair person was on their way, no one showed up, there was no hot water, the dishwasher malfunctioned and water poured out of the overflow spout and all over the counter, there were no linens for the pull out couch - we had to place the only thing on the condo - a duvet cover - on the mattress and cover my son in both robes. There was no bow dryer, no body soap, no glasses, light bulbs missing from the lamps… I could go on but I won’t. I would love the opportunity to chat about this with you if y
