“Great place to stay for a retreat from Midwest winter. The unit was fine and close to the main pools which are the only ones heated in the winter. Well stocked unit. Agree with others that more indoor lighting would be a plus — especially in main bedroom.”

“Three electrical outlets on the counter of the master bathroom did not work. The oven door was locked so we could not cook the food we had bought. There were no tissue boxes in any of the bathrooms. The pool and hot tub right next to the house was disgustingly dirty with tons of leaves and sand.”

“Me and my husband, along with my elderly mother rented the condo over Thanksgiving week. What a pleasure it was to stay in a beautiful, well stocked, spotless condo, surrounded by the 13th hole on the patio side of the property. The complex is quiet and very well maintained, with flower beds full off blooming petunias and snap-dragons. Ken responded immediately to my questions, none having to do with the condo, since everything was perfect: soft sheets, comfortable beds, roomy showers,...

“The property has a great location, and is very spacious. We loved the fact that each bedroom has a full bathroom. There is some deferred maintenance they need to take care of. Also they need to stock items in the kitchen, such as foil, plastic wrap etc. There was a very limited amount of towels in the bathrooms. Other than that our stay was wonderful.”

“Ken & Meredith’s place is great! Condo was spotless and had all the amenities that you need. We came for a buddies golf trip and the location was perfect. Having the swimming pool right next door was great after a day of golf. Communication with the host was top notch and check in was seamless. Ken even turned on the A/C a couple days before we arrived so the place would be cool when we got there. Would not hesitate to stay here again. 5 star!”
