“Usually on spring break we go to Disneyland :-) Everyone couldn't go this year so we went to Sunriver instead. One of our favorite family destinations! It's hard to compete with Disneyland, but we certainly did have a great time! The house is well stocked and had lots of fun things for the grandkids to do. We will certainly remember Fawn 5 and rent it again in the future when we have a family gathering. Thanks for a very relaxing, enjoyable trip.”

“Traveled by 9 adults. Nice and Clean house and good atmosphere in Black Butte. Have had some issues when check in, but owner handled those issues immediately. Hope to be back soon.”

“The property was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with quality cooking items, grill was functional and the back deck overlooks the golf course. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds for everyone. The only 4 star category is the location, it's about a 10 min drive to the village/lodge, but manageable. Would stay again!”

“We did a friend vacation here with our college group of friends and all our kids (6 months to 6 years) and had a blast! Everything was clean and organized. Only thing that was rough is walls and ceiling are thin, so babies during nap time was a bit of a challenge but we made it work! Will definitely want to visit again!”
