Casita española en el pueblo de La Jolla - Walk to Everything

Encantadora casita española ubicada en el pueblo de La Jolla. A poca distancia de la mundialmente famosa Cala Jolla, playas, tiendas, galerías de arte, museos y restaurantes.

La Casita / Guest House tiene 1 dormitorio, sala de estar, baño completo, cocina con microondas nuevo, cafetera, fregadero, cocina de inducción, refrigerador compacto. Hay un gran patio / terraza con una nueva parrilla Viking, congelador, calentador exterior y mesa exterior, sillones y 3 sombrillas de mercado.

El baño ha sido remodelado recientemente con pisos de mosaico de Marrakech, un tocador nuevo con encimera de mármol, ducha / bañera nueva con cabezal de ducha y accesorios nuevos.

La cocina también se ha actualizado con una encimera de cuarzo, un nuevo fregadero y un grifo.

La propiedad está ubicada en 7701 Ivanhoe Ave East en el pueblo de La Jolla. La ubicación está en un vecindario residencial muy exclusivo que está a poca distancia a pie de todo lo que el pueblo de La Jolla tiene para ofrecer (playas, restaurantes, museos, galerías de arte, vida nocturna, tiendas).


Para aquellos que pueden ser sensibles al ruido, tenemos un sistema de terapia de sueño adaptativo que tiene 10 configuraciones relajantes como Ocean Waves, Rushing Brook, Rainfall, Crackling Fireplace, Crickets in a Meadow, etc., que le permitirá dormir cómodamente.

La cocina tiene una cafetera, microondas nuevo, fregadero, nueva placa de inducción, refrigerador compacto, olla arrocera, tostadora y licuadora. Hay un escritorio en la habitación con internet inalámbrico. Obras de arte originales y pinturas del artista local Fay Richert.

La sala de estar cuenta con un nuevo sofá cama Queen Size europeo, alfombra nueva, 2 sofás de cuero grandes y una silla de cuero con otomana, TV de alta definición compatible con internet Dish Network y reproductor de DVD. Toda la suite con dormitorio y sala de estar es de aproximadamente 600 pies cuadrados. Obras de arte originales de artistas locales.

La gran terraza del patio tiene adoquines españoles (aproximadamente 400 pies cuadrados), una nueva parrilla vikinga y una mesa con 4 sillas para relajarse después de un día en la playa. Hay 3 sombrillas grandes y un calentador de gas propano al aire libre para asegurarse de que se sienta cómodo independientemente del clima.

La ubicación está a 3 cuadras de tiendas de clase mundial, restaurantes, galerías de arte y museos en Prospect St. y Girard Ave. Playas, Scripps Park, The Seal Rookery y The Cove están a poca distancia a pie. Ofrecemos 2 sillas de playa, toallas de playa y refrigerador para su uso durante su estancia en la Casita.

Great little apartment super location!
This was by far the cutest, coziest and sun filled VRBO I have ever stayed at. Lovely outdoor patio area, comfortable family room, comfortable primary bedroom and a clean, new white bathroom. There is a small kitchenette that has everything you could possibly need. Walk right into the best part of town for shopping, restaurants and access to the beach! I would definitely return.

We loved staying at ‘La Casita’! It was clean, had very nice furnishings and good location allowing easy walking distance to anywhere in La Jolla. There was a lovely private patio with great sun exposure. Good amenities; tv, internet, nice towels.

Perfect Location
We loved our stay, the residence is in the perfect location to walk to everything. Owners were very helpful and friendly. We were in town for a family wedding and this location was a perfect get away. It was wonderful to have coffee and drinks on the patio in between festivities. Our friends that joined us said that the pull out bed from the couch was very comfortable. We would stay again

Just What We Needed!
The property was so cute with beautiful grounds. It was within walking distance of all we wanted to do, even close to the bus line that took us directly to Old Town San Diego. The sofa bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on. In all, it was perfect for what we needed, and the host, Eric, was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was as promised. Cozy, and well-appointed. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. A private casita with an amazing terrace. Great location, and an easy walk to the village and cove for some great food and excellent shopping. A short drive to La Jolla Shores and the major beaches, as well as UCSD and Westfield Mall.

Beautiful casita but no air conditioning
Spanish casita is lovely, clean and well located in La Jolla. The owners/managers are wonderful and respond immediately to texts. Please be aware that this unit does not have air conditioning and in hot and humid August that would be nice. Although plenty of fans are available, keeping the windows open made the unit quite noisy due to the heavy traffic on nearby Torrey Pines Rd.

Great location
The Casita was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a family wedding and the location was perfect. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars as well as the cove. Especially enjoyed the outdoor patio for morning coffee, evening cocktails and card games.

Excellent cottage!
We absolutely loved your cottage. The location was perfect, everything was clean and organized. The PATIO. Wow! We were there for my son’s wedding and the patio was fantastic when we had multiple people stopping by to say hello. My friend and I assembled the rehearsal dinner flowers out there and loved being outside. All agreed that our place was the “score” of the weekend compared to what they rented. We will be back!

Terrific property- responsive hosts!
Terrific property- cozy and comfortable. It is decorated nicely and had many delightful touches- including nice linens. We didn’t use the outdoor patio as much as I thought we would- but it’s very inviting. It was great to have dedicated parking. There’s a bit of street noise which was more noticeable in the family room, but to be fair, we also kept the door open to enjoy the cross-breeze. The bedroom had a nice sound machine which did a great job of obscuring the traffic noise. The only slight downside for us, was that in the VRBO listing, the map made it look like the property was closer to the wedding and other events we were traveling to attend. The distance was more like 15 minute walk vs. what we assumed would be crossing a couple streets (had to rethink the heels!). Our friends were in another VRBO and their property had a similar disparity in where the property actually was vs. the map in listing. I think it’s VRBO’s way of protecting the owners privacy. So for my next rental, I’ll definitely know to communicate with the host about the specifics, ahead of booking. Other than the events in heels, the walking distance to restaurants & shops etc. was VERY convenient. I was traveling with my husband, but it did strike me as a place I’d feel especially safe had I been a woman traveling alone. The price is pretty amazing given all it offers- especially for La Jolla! The hosts were VERY responsive with all communications. We’d definitely recommend!

Great week!
Everything was exactly as advertised. Communication from host was great (before/during/after) our stay of one week! Great location for getting to all the things we wanted to do. Can walk to everything in La Jolla. We rented a car which allowed us to go to San Diego, Torrey Pines, and Mission Beach. We had a great time and would stay again at this property!

Spacious, easy home base in La Jolla
Stayed here with my daughter as a "home base" while my extended family had a reunion at another property in La Jolla. It was a nice, central spot to come home to after spending the days out and about. I didn't meet the owners but they were kind to my family as they hung on the deck one day, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. No extensive or out of the ordinary requests at check-out. Location was an easy walk down to the cove to see the seals and to shops/restaurants, however if you have elderly folks or those with trouble walking a lot, would suggest driving or hitching a short uber back up to the house as it is quite a big hill. This is probably not the place to stay for an easy walk to a family beach, but was very lovely for us. A lot is made in the description about the traffic noise, but owner has done a lot to mitigate this with fans and noise machines, and it wasn't a problem for me. No screens on the windows, perhaps this is a coastal thing, but it did surprise me. In all, this place was very true to its description and I'd gladly stay there again.

Great location, nice neighborhood, the Casita is full of characters! The kichenlet is only good for cook a breakfast. If anyone has a problem to fall into sleep, it should be considered that the traffic noise around the bedroom. The authentic carpet really shows the aging.

Lovely place
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was cozy and comfortable and the terrace was perfect for reading and relaxing which looks out of over their beautiful yard. The proximity to everything was great and Eric was very helpful and quick at replying. Wonderful stay!
