We reserved 11C for a month. Upon arrival we found dirty glasses, old coffee, and grounds in the machine along with a missing reusable filter basket, rug was stained throughout the condo, master bdrm shade was broken, when I inquired about the shade, the operation manager (OM) was aware. Our first night we couldn't close the shade. The glass door to the lanai was dirty, when I inquired, was told the dirt was between the panes. The washer only washed garments in hot water. The OM came by a week into our stay, discovered the lines were switched. Note, the same issue was identified by another guest in July. Central air is non-existent in the front bdrm. After a week of inquiries, the OM brought a portable AC unit. The front bdrm bathroom toilet ran for a week. The microwave lights didn't work, and a light bulb above the kitchen island burnt out. When I inquired it took days to receive a fix. I was told the work order got lost. The vacuum bag was full, when I asked for a new bag, I was told I needed to purchase a replacement. We hadn't even used it. We pulled it out because the sofa sleeper had food scattered under the couch cushions. The stool under the kitchen island was worn and torn. A third of the dishware was chipped and the pots and pans are old and subpar. We purchased our own frying pan so we could cook eggs without having to scrub the pan for days. As for positives, the pool was very nice, landscaping was beautiful, and the BBQ grills were well maintained.
