wonderful place
This place is beautiful. The condo shows pride of ownership and is very clean. Beautiful views from the balcony and we could watch whales in the morning as we enjoyed our coffee.

Excellent place to stay
We really enjoyed this condo for our trip to Kaua'i. Greeted by the sun each morning, and a nice shady spot on the balcony to enjoy the ocean in the afternoon. Will look to booking here again on another visit.

Wonderful condo with beautiful ocean view
The condo was clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. You could hear the waves crashing against the rocks and watch the sea turtles! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The host was very responsive even prior to us getting there. We would definitely stay there again! What a wonderful and relaxing trip!

Koloa condo
Condo was great. Beautiful view. Rainbows and turtles to see from lanai (balcony). The unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Comfortable bed. We only used the AC one afternoon when we came back to nap. Otherwise, the breezes through the unit made it quite comfortable and you can hear the ocean waves better that way!

Good and Bad
I’ll cover the good first. The view was great; the balcony overlooked a very small bay as pictured. Sunrises were beautiful! The condo was adequate; the bed and sofa were comfortable, the bathroom and shower were clean, and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The neighborhood is convenient to restaurants and markets. However, the complex is very old and tired. The BBQ is in the parking lot next to the garbage. The washer/dryer is not in the condo, but is communal downstairs, and is expensive and there is no change machine.

Beautiful location
I was very pleased with location of condo, perfect viewing for ocean life, clean and comfy beds, my only complaint was the noise at night from the live music from restaurant when trying to sleep. Couldn't sleep with windows open so thank goodness for the AC units.

Nice location ; needs to be refreshed
We enjoyed our stay but appartement was far not as good as 2 first ones we stayed in during our trip to Kauai and the most expensive one. Interior would need to be refreshed.

This is a lovely condo that is well furnished. The location is wonderful. We spent many hours sitting on the lanai watching the sea turtles. It was a very quiet complex also.

Spectacular view!
The condo had a spectacular view, was fortunate enough to watch sea turtles feed off the rocks below. It was very clean and comfortable bed and furnishings. We were next to a nice restaurant and Lawai beach which was great for snorkeling. Would stay there again !

Better than described
The condo is beautiful. The views are incredible. We watched the turtles feom a balcony. The sound of the surf was a great way to wind down after a day full of excursions. It's 30 minutes from pretty much every where you want to go on the island. We would stay here again!

Paradise with a view
We loved everything about your condo. The views were stunning, the location was perfect, and the condo was very comfortable. We watched sea turtles from the balcony every night. I recommend this place to everyone, and hope to have the honor of staying here again.

The view from this ocean side condo was breathtaking and my daughter and I enjoyed our five-day stay. It was well equipped and we enjoyed our morning breakfasts on the lanai overlooking the ocean where we spotted a couple of whales too. Highly recommend staying here.

This is a very nice unit in a very nice building The building is older but well maintained and in a very convenient location on the water and convenient to the entire south side. We have stayed in many units in the building and this is one of the nicest, Clean, comfortable and the owner has been very thoughtful in furnishing and outfitting the unit. We stayed a month and will likely return,

Clean & updated output with a beautiful view
This property was nothing short of amazing. Everything is provided for from snacks and comfortable furniture ,to beach towels. But most importantly the BREATHTAKING VIEW right outside the window. My friend and I would wake up in the morning and sit in the balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to stay on the south side right next to the beach!

Amazing!
This place is a gem! We stayed here as a family of 4 and loved everything about it. Everything was a short drive or walk away. The place itself was clean and kitchen was well stocked. My kids love exploring the rock area below and watching turtles swim from the balcony.

Perfect!
Everything was just as described! It is a lovely condo! So grateful to have air conditioning in the bedroom. We didn’t use the main a.c. at all, but found the bedroom unit helpful to get to a better sleeping temperature. The view from the condo is wonderful and it was peaceful and quiet- all except for the ocean- which is exactly how you want it! ;) We loved our stay and hope to return!
