“We had 13 family members, 12 couples and our 92 year old grandma. The Farmhouse and cottage was perfect. More than enough room for all of us. We had family dinners and played games all together in the main living room. We had use to all the beach equipment we needed for our time at the beach. We all said this could be a house we would stay in again. Brandon was a great host, always available when needed. ”

“Fantastic house in an absolutely amazing location. The house is beautiful and was fully stocked with anything we needed. We filled every bedroom but never felt on top of each other. There is plenty of space to hang out together. Big plus, the beds were so comfortable! The house is walking distance between Shipwreck beach which was great for the waves and Brenneck's beach was perfect for the smaller kids. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“Condo complex easy to find close to main road. Not much in walking distance. Pool and bbq’s we used often, never busy. Parking bay number incorrect as per listing. Condo has the parking pass and correct bay# inside ”

“We stayed with our adult children and their partners for just over a week and it was a great place for the six of us. Kitchen was well outfitted with all you need for cooking including a blender and even a rice cooker, though strangely no microwave. Plenty of beach towels and a washer and dryer too. We very much enjoyed the place.”

“We had a great stay at the Princeville Townhouse. The place was clean and comfortable, and served our purposes. The beach chairs and beach towels, along with the moveable fans, were appreciated (it gets hot in there!). The overall location of Princeville is good as it is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and neighboring towns and beaches of interest. I had the impression it was closer to the beach itself, but it is sometimes hard to tell from the map. All around it was a pleasant...
