Not fit for extended stay. No cleaning fees because they don’t clean.

I did an extended stay and I have never been so excited to leave a rental. When we arrived there was food in the stove burners, crumbs in all the drawers, all dirty dishes in the cabinets, mold in the coffee maker, and likely mold in the walls due to what appears to be water damage on the bathroom and hallway; crooked flooring and bathtub. The refrigerator does not keep anything cold, we used an ice chest our entire stay to keep drinks cool. I couldn’t buy any lunch meat or anything that needed to stay cold; milk would go bad within 3 days, there was mold on the butter after about a week. Even ice cream sandwiches couldn’t survive in the freezer and ice cream would be the consistency of a frosty. When I told the property management team about that and the failing A/C and heater, they apologized but didn’t do anything about it and harassed me about the deposit that was already taken out instead. All of the bed sheets smelled musty, as well as all the towels under the bathroom sink. We left them untouched and changed into our own bedding and the mattresses were gross. I only didn’t leave because it was cheap and even if I got a refund I wouldn’t be able to afford a suitable place, as I already paid for 53 nights there. It was hard to breathe in the stuffy house and even ventilating with open windows and doors didn’t help; I am fairly confident there is mold that was affecting my entire family. Probably fine to crash for a night, but don’t do extended stay!!! Shack of Vrbos.

When we first get to the house the grass wasn't cut. Someone can an cut grass around check in time. The front porch was filthy. The blinds were missing in bedroom and broken blinds through the house. The floor was warped. A cell phone and dirty shocks were left in the living room window. The cold water was broken in the tub electric line hanging low by the front door. Trash and cigarette butts on the ground outside. Dirty clothes hanging on the back porch. Old blankets provided for the bedrooms dining room and living room furniture was filthy. Peeling and chimp paint hanging from the ceiling. The toilet flushed into the tub. Toilet seat was loose. We also have pictures and videos. The realtor place have took $300 out of my bank account. That's not counting the 340 that you already paid them.

Really uneven floors, but fine overall

This is not the property for you if you have mobility issues, young kids, or are elderly. The property worked for what I needed- a quick crash-pad while visiting friends- but the house is in rough shape under the cosmetic fixes. Floors have massive dips, some 4-5 inches. Water damage in multiple rooms. Laminate in bathroom not laid properly and warping. Not a deal-breaker to me, but potentially hazardous for someone else. Property manager was polite and responsive, so I just hope they are able to make this house more stable and safe for future guests.

So disappointed with this property

I really do hate leaving negative reviews but this property really leaves me no choice. There is an excessively pungent animal urine smell in the bathroom is unacceptable. The floor is also sagging in an extremely uncomfortable way in the restroom. To my horror, when I moved the cover off of one of the covers in the bedroom, it looked like a period stain on the sheet. The sofa also stank like dog urine but was nowhere near as uncomfortable as the bathroom. I contacted the property management before I posted the review to give them an opportunity to address it but really just got a runaround an excuses. I mainly just want to warn anyone that if you stay here, be prepared to have a very unpleasant stench and possible filthy bed linens.

Unpleasantly gross

Place was filthy, linens dirty, refrigerator and stove filthy, no coffee pot but filters. Bathtub was disgusting, broken blinds throughout the house. Floor was filthy kitchen table and chair falling apart. Place should not be rented out to anyone in those conditions.

Affordable pet friendly place

It's nothing special and there's no dishwasher so not ideal for cooking in, but I found this place to be an ideal location for Dollywood and the Knoxville zoo. They also accepted my two hound mixes with a pet fee. Even some dog friendly locations have size limits so that was nice. There's a "B" unit next door that is also pet friendly

Great place great stay

Got together with some friends for the week was 100% satisfied with everything the house is spacious everything is clean and any questions I had the real estate was got back to me in minutes I will definitely stay there again

Great stay

Great price for a few days! Definitely worth it if you are looking for somewhere to just sleep while you visit family or taking a quick trip. I definitely recommend it!

It’s one tv in the house. That should be clarified. The house isn’t insulated so it’s all type of bugs that fly right in thru the front door . The trash wasn’t picked up either
