The property was as described, spacious rooms and the game room was an added touch. The neighborhood was quiet but slightly out of the way for shopping. I only have a few suggestions, the front door is flimsy and should be changed for safety purposes. The garbage services are not consistent as I took the brown bin out when the neighbors did but ours was not collected (previous guests either) which caused an unpleasant smell; and the garbage disposal caused a order in the kitchen/living room.

The property was very clean. House plenty big for 5. Kitchen good size and plenty of games for the kids. The property is about 20 or so minutes from all parks Enjoyed the house and would stay there again

Vacation

well we had paid 270 for a heated pool that we couldn't use our sons went in two times to cold ...the kitchen was not well stocked and no where enough seating for extra people that could visit . the stools are very flimsy and the living room needs a coffee table and an extra chair . the rug was dirty ..we would like to be reembursed for the pool .

Problems with rental

I was in communication with Vacasa the whole time I was there because there some inconsistencies'. First of all the code didn't work to get in the house second the TV in the living room was not working I sent them pictures and nothing, third there was no remote in master bedroom, we had to play musical remotes, fourth the pool was supposed to be heated and that did not work.Fifth we had no garbage cans on outside of property.it was minor things but I was on the phone with customer service the whole time I was there and no one ever called me back, or showed up or anything all I kept getting was "We will be putting in a ticket for you" and thats all they did. We paid good money for this rental and didn't receive what was advertised

We had a good stay. Loved the place and the neighborhood. Was disappointed that the lights in the pool didn’t work. We had a canceled flight and was disappointed that customer service would not adjust our stay. Truth be told, we lost two days rental fees. Place was nice. When you rent to a cleaning manager, we’ll always find something not right. Customer service could be a lot better.

Very nice neighborhood. Few minor detailed things that could have been improved. The pool should have lights, more bath towels could’ve been provided. Overall, nice house and area!

Tired and poorly equipped villa

This is the 30th villa rental in the last 30 years and we have also owned our own villa in Orlando and this has been by far the most disappointing and most definitely not worth the cost of the rental. The list is long but includes the following for consideration before you book; Broken sun bed - only 2 for a villa which sleeps 8 Dirty pool and pool deck. No draws in bedrooms other than the master Dangerous stools at the kitchen island. This was mentioned in reviews a year ago but does not appear to have been addressed. No kettle we had to boil water in a. Saucepan! Nothing to dry clothes on - no airer or washing line. Tumble driers in the US shrink most things. Seating for only 4 at the small dining table Pool deck door difficult to lock Broken blinds in bedroom and lounge Leak from under the toilet in Jack and Jill bathroom Kitchen poorly equipped and not 8 of a lot of things. Only 5 pool towels No pool light Kitchen sparsely equipped Only 1 baking tray No frying pan Minimal pool furniture I have stayed on Cumbrian Lakes 6 times previously and it is a great location but this villa needs a complete revamp.

Home feelings

Perfect for our family Universal trip

Great place for our quick family trip to Universal. The place was nice, quiet and clean. We enjoyed the games in the garage. Nice addition for family fun.

Nice home away from home

The house was very nice and in a nice area. The only recommendation I have would fix the sliding door from the living room to the pool area as it was difficult to close, and it didn't lock. Other than that, it met our needs, and I would recommend to others.

Excellent house and location..my 2 issues were we didn’t know what coffee pot was there (we bought ground and there was a Keurig) and the tall kitchen bar chairs are very tippy…dangerously so…will certainly use this house again
