“Beautiful condo rental in Avon! Husband and I had a nice, relaxing weekend. The condo was so nice and well-appointed that we wanted to stay an extra night. We loved the deck overlooking the ocean. Will definitely book this one again! Thank you!”

“Very well equipped condo just steps to the beach and pier. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store close. The condo was accurately represented in the pictures and description. Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property.”

“Beautiful, spacious condo right on the beach. The only issue is there was no toilet paper, garbage bags or bathroom cleaning products provided other than the one roll per bathroom and one garbage bag per bathroom and kitchen. This is the only condo I’ve ever rented that did not provide these things. We like to clean things up while we stay. The shower walls were stained with what looked like rust deposits. The bathroom cleaner we purchased did not clean it. Probably just needs some CLR. Other...

“Everything we needed besides food, is there! The place is exactly as it is shown. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The private balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise as you so your morning beverage. Easy access to the beach, and again, everything you need is provided. you need”

“This was a perfect place to stay to introduce us to the OBX at a very reasonable rate. There was ample room and the beachy decor was cute. Though we didn't have a true "ocean view", you could see the sea from our balcony. We did overlook an RV Park, which I didn't mind at all. The washer/dryer was a very nice added asset, and the proximity to the ocean was amazing. Thank You!!!!”

“We had a great stay at this rental. Even though as some other reviews suggest, the condo is a bit outdated, it would not deter us from renting this condo again. The location is great (we’ve been in OBX multiple times and love Avon!) and the ocean views can’t be beat. Waking up every morning to the sun rising over the ocean was amazing. If you’re a family like ours, and aren’t bothered by the condo being a little outdated, I would highly recommend this rental! ”
