“De los 4 lugares que nos hospedamos en Japón este fue el de la habitación más grande, era un mini departamento con muchas comodidades, nos entregaban toallas limpia todos los dias (incluso tuvimos que pedir que no nos entregaran más jaja). El auto check in bastante rápido. El único pero, y por lo cual no le pongo 5 estrellas es por que es demasiado friooooo!!!! El cuarto tiene aire acondicionado pero nunca nos calentó, tuvimos suerte de que teníamos un cobertor extra y eso nos ayudó. Fuera de...

“Wonderful place to stay, we loved that the area was in a real neighborhood and not touristy. The only complaint is the main bedroom faces a an alley that has a motion activated light that shines bright on and off all night while you are trying to sleep. Dark shade would help this situation. ”

“It was our family’s first time staying at a machiya. It was an easy place to find upon arrival in Kyoto. The house was lovely. The tea ceremony at check-in along with the Japanese sweets were much appreciated. They were able to help us arrange for delivery of our luggage onwards to our next city. “Beautiful traditional machiya very close to transit and walkable to many places. Laundry on the corner and grocery around the block. The stairs to the second floor were quite steep and the first floor could have used some more furniture, but really no real complaints ”
