Owners met the requirement for a fence around the salt water pool by installing expensive glass panels that preserve the beautiful lake view. The kitchen is well equipped with upscale appliances. The whole house has been renovated and furnished to a high standard. The proximity to Kingsville's restaurants and wineries as well as an excellent gym are major pluses of this location.”

We enjoyed the beautiful backyard oasis in the early evening and then again in the morning where we had breakfast and coffee, while we watched birds throughout the forested backyard.”
