Great Lake house
Right on the Colorado arm of the lake, perfect spot. Great, big house with ample room for a large party. Nice updates. Grill worked well. Friendly neighbors. Had a blast here with sons and their buddies.

Labor Day Fun
It was the perfect place to enjoy boating, swimming and fishing. Had an issue with boat lift after a storm but owners had it fixed so we could enjoy the lake. The house was very roomy and everything worked great and was clean.. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to have fun with the family.

Beautiful property!
This was our second time staying at this house and we love it. It is a beautiful house and the yard and view are our absolute favorite. The house is clean and spacious and the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Coffee drinkers, be aware that they only have a Keurig. We just bring a coffee maker with us so not a problem. Will definitely be coming back again!

Kings land house on Lake LBJ
This is a very nice house with plenty of room for our family to be together in one area or to split up for privacy in several areas. The property is gorgeous. My grandkids had a great time fishing from the bulkhead and playing in the huge yard. I would recommend this house and would love to come back again! Easy check in snd check out.

Nice House and lake access
The house was big enough to accommodate our whole group, lake access was great as well as the yard and shade trees, but the downside was as we arrived there was leftover trash all in the garage with flies everywhere. House wasn’t cleaned as well as expected with leftover hair in the shower and Bobby pins throughout the house. Overall a good house but cleaning could have better standards as a few of my guests pointed things out to me.

Great location on the lake
This house was perfect for our group of 8. Lots of waterfront with lots of shade. Can swim right off the dock and the jet ski lift came in handy too. This place is full of charm and great vacation spot.

Annual family weekend.
It was beautiful. We loved the space and all the bathrooms, the shaded trees and span of the water front. There is tons of room! We loved having the extra refrigerator so that we didn't have to have ice chests out all the time. Thank you for a great weekend.

Loved it!
The house was so spacious and the whole property was great! Loved being able to ride tubes and jet skis right in front of the house! Upper deck of the dock is awesome in the evenings when it has shade. It was great for our family river trip! Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful
The house is beautiful, has an updated kitchen, and a nice open floor plan. Plenty of room for the the teenagers to have their own space. It was very clean and Sally was very helpful with any questions we had. The best part is the stunning view of the lake and the large backyard and boathouse. We will definitely be staying here again. **Note: the coffeemaker is a Keurig and you need to bring your own pods.

Great Stay
Plenty of room for 14 people. House was clean and had all the necessities. The only downfall to this property is there is very little room to park (3-4 vehicles max not including truck and boat trailer).

Property is basically nice. Huge shade trees. Older style home, but plenty of room. Carpet is badly stained in one bedroom. Towels are a little worn. Grills on air intake are dirty. Safety issue for small children on balcony as bars are not close enough. Young children can fit between them easily. Carpet on steps from balcony is worn and torn. Website did not disclose that bottom floor can only be accessed through the outside. No interior stairs.

Our visit to lake LBJ was wonderful.
Our stay at the lake house was very nice and we did have lots of fun. We spent a wonderful time in the water and boating. The only draw back was having the stairs on the outside with younger children being in separate sleeping areas. There was plenty of room for all and the big back yard gave the children room to play. We look forward to visiting again.

Great view and great yard!
Love the location! This property has a nice view of the lake with a large backyard that is shaded throughout the day. The house was large enough for our group which included six adults and six kids and we did not feel crowded in house. This was our second time staying here and we plan to be back next year!
