“The house was perfect for our birthday celebrations for our parents. There were 18 of us but there was still so much room. The house is huge! It was a quick walk down to the seafront and a handy Lidli was close by. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views out to sea. Some of the decor is a little tired but didn’t detract from our stay. It had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend!”

“It was our 3rd stay here. It’s a great little place with everything you need though the oven lacks numbers on the dials which is a bit awkward. There are a lot of stairs and they are a bit uneven so be careful if not too steady on your feet. The communal areas could do with an upgrade but the flat itself is very nicely decorated with a great balcony and view.”

“We konden 2 weken genieten van de rust en stilte in dit mooie stukje Engeland. Aiden en zijn familie doen er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat alles zeer aangenaam verloopt. We deden dagelijks uitstappen met de kinderen en moesten hiervoor nooit langer dan 30 minuten rijden. Ook de wandelingen door de weien tussen de koeien en de schapen zijn zeker de moeite waard om te doen. Topvakantie!”

“Jenny was an excellent host friendly and helpful, the property and accommodation was absolutely perfect. A quiet area but close to everything you need to make an enjoyable experience. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable king size bed. It’s light and airy with a lovely shower. I would recommend a stay at Jenny’s place to anyone looking to explore the area with Barnstaple town close by and the Tarka Trail. Devon is a Beautiful County. Many thanks for a pleasant stay. “This is an excellent property where you’ll be comfortable, warm and provided all the amenities to facilitate a great stay in braunton. Fantastically run accommodation with the owners readily available to help. Clean and very cute cottage which is modernised and simply perfect!
