Christmas paradise!
11 of my immediate family (3 were grands age 4-8) spent 5 night during Christmas here. The photos online had us so excited about how beautiful and user friendly the house would be and all the “extras” it offered that the littles would enjoy! We were blown away upon arrival. We are BIG Christmas lovers and brought extras we didn’t need in the way of Christmas decorations. The house had not only one but TWO beautifully decorated trees and many other CMAS decorations. Right down to stockings on the mantle. EVERY bedroom had “all the comforts of home” and the common areas was well thought out for comfort and beauty right down to a charging station. They thought of everything and then some! We will definitely be planning a summer trip back!! Oh, and the VIEW! Breathtaking sunsets on the lake!!

Family Christmas
This vacation home was a great place to hold our family Christmas! Plenty of space in the home and outside. Great for children to play and have a great time with the game room, playground and pool. As well as the adults to enjoy the beautiful view and the hot tub! We had a great experience and would definitely recommend to friends and family!!

Thanksgiving with family ❤️
This is an immaculate property with incredible lake views. We saw a couple of bald eagles flying nearby several days. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor pickleball courts. The outdoor fireplace and heaters were a nice addition. We grilled a couple of times as well. The grocery store just across the bridge had a very nice meat case, so I would check them out. The kitchen was very well stocked with items like an air fryer and crockpot. We could not find a can opener, but we were able to get one just down the road. We didn’t have a small child with us, but there are gates on the stairs, a built in potty seat, high chair, and kid friendly plates, cups and accessories. My daughter enjoyed the oversized lite bright and several enjoyed the hot tub. Many beach/pool towels were available as well. We had a recent amputee with us, so the parking at the door, double steps entry and main level bedrooms were what initially drew us to this property. We would certainly come back.

Perfect for Large Group
What a view and great amenities. Able to spread out for privacy with bathrooms per bedroom, comfortable beds, arcade, pool, hottub, open conceot living. The holiday decor was tastefully done, and we have fabulous family photos because of it. Roomy refrigerator. Well stocked kitchen…only missing black pepper, wisk, and can opener… but that’s an easy fix. Loved it.

Perfection. Great space with a fantastic view. Highly Recommend.
I can't say enough about how perfect this place was. Immaculately clean & well stocked. The floor plan and furnishings were very well planned and gave us all plenty of room to have our own space. First time ever we haven't had to share bathrooms to get ready. Sitting on the deck by the fireplace with my coffee overlooking the lake was serendipitous. The game room and all the extras had something for all ages and was a place to have fun together. Our host was super friendly and quick to respond. We don't have a single complaint and highly recommend you stay here. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

Fantastic views and couldn’t ask for more accommodations!
Wonderful home! Excellent well planned space! Room for kids and even “adult” kids! We loved playing the arcade games, the downstairs was perfect for movie night and outside dining table was fabulous for spectacular breakfast and bbq dinner views! Beds and rooms were wonderful with each room having their own i suite bath! Perfect! We will be back!

Table Rock retreat
Home has a beautiful view of lake. Close to marina for boat rental, kids used both pools, we made all meals at home and had everything we needed. Kids loved downstairs, video games, lounge area! Great family trip!

We really enjoyed our family vacation. The house accommodated all 19 of us varying ages. The pics honestly don’t do the views justice. As soon as you walk in the door you’re overtaken with the beauty of Table Rock Lake and the water appears so much closer. The house is pretty well stocked but she one thing we didn’t seem to find was a can opener. Bring the family and enjoy this location!

Great house. Great view.
The property was great. We had 10 adults and 11 kids. It had everything we needed. The sunsets were beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The pool was great. The water pressure was inconsistent in the showers but that was the only thing not perfect.

Perfect!
LOVED our stay here on Table Rock Lake! The house was well-suited to a large family of 7 children with spouses and grandchildren. Very clean and comfortable with games, beach towels provided, kitchen amenities, hot tub, and 3 swimming pools to choose from. About 30 minutes driving time to the Branson strip, but we didnt find the drive aggravating...it's a beautiful area to travel in. There is no access to the lake from the house, but What's Up Dock had a great boat rental service and right next to them was Pier 28 Pizza & Grill which had outdoor seating with fun turtle feeding for the littles in our group. This is such a great family-friendly area to vacation, and this home was the perfect anchor point with its lovely deck and glorious view. The kids said they would love to come back again. Parking for 5 cars directly in front of the house, one crib, a pac&play, high chair, and gates on the stairs to keep the littles safe were some other extras provided. Great place!

Memorial Weekend Retreat
My family and I needed a long weekend break after a long school year. This was everything we could have hoped for and more! The views are stunning and the amenities are superb. The house has everything you could think of and is close to everything you could want. We will be back again.

Christmas with Family
We arrived on Dec 27 & found the house to be in a fantastic community. Parking was plentiful, as we had 3 vehicles traveling in our party. The door code worked right away w/o any problems. The house was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Upon entering, there were two king bedrooms w/ en suites on the main level. It was fantastic as my parents are elderly & have trouble with stairs. They never had to go up and down stairs the entire trip because their room, the well stocked kitchen and the family area were on the main level. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for a large group. The appliances, both large and small, were top notch, & the utensils, glassware, & cookware were plentiful & high end.There was plenty of room for our food & drinks in the kitchen, & we cooked breakfast & dinner every night of our stay. We used every bedroom along with the loft area for sleeping, & this worked perfect for our large family. The kids (ages 13-20) loved the downstairs game area. They played video games, board games, & enjoyed the hot tub every night. Despite our kids being older, every set of stairs was equipped with an aesthetically pleasing, retractable baby gate. There was also one room with a small crib on the lower level. The owners did a great job thinking of every little detail when building and furnishing this house. We were centrally located to Silver Dollar City, Big Cedar and Branson Landing. We had a wonderful trip and made great memories.

Just AMAZING!!!♥️
Well the condo we normally stay in was booked and grandkids were disappointed. We rented this condo and was Pleasantly Surprised!! It was just Beautiful overlooking lake. 7 bedrooms 7 bathrooms & 2 half baths. The kids loved the game room!! Hot tub was Awesome!! The deck overlooking the lake with rock fireplace & outdoor TV was Awesome!! with the outdoor heaters we were able to sit out on deck enjoying the lake front view!! (In December). The beds were comfortable and I am extremely picky with cleanliness. And this condo was spotless. 🥰 The grandkids loved it and was saying how glad they were the other condo was already booked or we wouldn’t have found this Gem!! Definitely will return ♥️. Everything went so smoothly with rental!! I wish I lived there. lol ♥️ Merry Christmas 🎄 Thanks for the GREAT FAMILY MEMORIES!!🎄♥️🎅

This place was just perfect for our family! It was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, the sleeping arrangements for families was great and all of the bathrooms! Perfect! Communicating with the host was so easy and timely. What a wonderful place to stay.

Family Branson trip
This property was perfect for our stay. It had something for everyone. The views were beautiful especially at sunset. The house was super clean. I am very picky about cleanliness and this property exceeded my expectations. The only issue we had was with the electronics. It would have been nice to have had instructions on how to operate everything. We were not able to get some of the TV’s to work and couldn’t get some of the game systems to work. Overall we had a great trip and loved this property.
