Overall, if you want a place to dry your boots and cook your breakfast, this place will suit your needs. The location to the mountain is fantastic, and there are some great restaurants within walking distance and a pub in the building (only open on weekends, so we didn't get to try it). Beds are comfy, and the kitchen is suitable.
That being said, here are some cons.
1. The pool/hot tub is not open. We weren't informed, and only found out when looking at the Mountain Green website. It says "open sometime early 2023", but by the looks of it, I don't see how they'll open it this ski season. Such a bummer not to be able to relax/recover in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. If you're counting on the pool to entertain the non skiers in your group... Sorry.
2. Communication is a weak spot, so there are some things I wish I'd known: the building is the big main building. There's two-hour parking right out front for unloading which is much more convenient than the parking lot. It took us a few minutes to work the keypad. We could have used clearer check-in instructions.
3. Once inside the condo, there's no welcome packet- no wifi password (which we found on our own on the router), no restaurant recommendations, no instructions on where trash goes, even a basic map of the area right around the mountain, etc. I emailed the contact to get the wifi password and never heard back, so I'm happy we didn't need anything more urgent.
The condo is a bit dated, but it's your typical new England ski lodge. The building is old and I can see how it might get loud when it's full, but we didn't have any big issues with noise (stayed midweek).
All in all it was your basic lodging, but clearer communication would have made the experience a lot better.
