“We had a problem accessing the security key numbers - x2 - necessary to get into the property. Hotels.com app failed and both tel calls and emails to the owner failed for over 2 hours. Finally got access. Will probably mean that I won’t stay in accommodation that doesn’t have a front desk in future. Otherwise a comfortable stay near centre of town. Clean, quiet with plenty of room. Missing coffee pods in supplies left for guests. Thank you.”

“The best rental place we have ever stayed in! Everything and more was provided and all top quality, definitely a home from home. Janet is an excellent host and couldn’t do enough for us the welcome gift was a lovely touch. The views are to die for and even with the not so good Irish weather we still managed to do so much. “The cottage is warm, comfortable and has a view of Killeavy castle. The hosts were kind and thoughtful. They had essentials waiting for us in the kitchen (tea,milk,bread,etc.) which were very much appreciated. Definitely need a car if you plan on staying here. Road noise may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper plus be very careful coming out of the driveway. The locals drive fast on this road.”

“Absolutely beautiful place from the scenery to the gorgeous rooms. The owners were pure delightful and couldnt do enough. Now..breakfast..wow fresh croissants, toast and a full fry! Tea coffee orange and Gareths own ginger drink..lovely. Really cant say good enough things other than we will be making this a yearly visit! And a special card and chocolates on arrival to celebrate hubbys birthday.”
