The house was perfect for my family of 8!! Loved the back patio for our morning coffee and the hot tub was a nice touch in the evenings. A short walk to the beach and the house included a wagon, chairs and umbrellas! The older kids enjoyed the short walk to local restaurants and pubs near by. Everything was as listed. Great price and great location.

This property was amazing! The location was great. The entire house was spotless and had all the amenities of home. We had one issue and the property manager and team came and fixed the issue immediately. Our group would all highly recommend and if we’re lucky enough to come back, we would stay here again! Many memories made!

Our group loved this house! It was laid out well, very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay awesome. It has plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to make your beach trips enjoyable. We would definitely book here again.

Exceptional property and location
Matt and team were very responsive and easy to work with. The house is gorgeous with very high end finishes and touches throughout. The short walk to the beach was especially convenient. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a beautiful space for a family vacation.

Amazing stay
This property was even better in person than it looks in the pictures. We had everything we needed in the location was excellent. I can't say enough positive things about this place and the host who was very easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again.

The rental home was perfect for our family group of 7. Well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great for walking to several beaches as well as shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property!

AMAZING stay!!
If you’re planning a trip to kihei, look no further & stay here! My wife & I were visiting for a friends wedding & stayed at the house with two other couples. The house was perfect for the 6 of us with room to spare! It was immaculately clean & beautifully renovated with a nice open floor plan. Each bathroom had so many towels to get you through your stay (house also had a washer & dryer if needed) they also put little hotel soap, shampoo & conditioner which gave you a hotel feel! Great location, about a 7 minute walk down to the town where it’s filled with shopping, restaurants, bars & the beach! Ubers were always 1 minute away whenever we needed one. Hot tub was a big hit! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great house in local neighborhood
The house itself is great! It’s a nice open space and the backyard is great for families with kids. (The yard is full of little lizards my boys loved trying to catch!) The garage has boogie boards and sand toys as well as snorkel gear and beach chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with the essentials. We did encounter ants and cockroaches as others have mentioned but we took care of them as we saw them and weren’t too bothered by it. The backyard has a few cameras which felt strange - sort of a big brother is watching feel. Nobody wants to be filmed sunbathing or hot tubbing. That was probably the biggest dislike for us. Also worth noting, half our group was highly allergic to the Tide Fabreeze Sport laundry detergent and we had hives from it for over half our trip. I’ll be recommending to the management that they change to something more friendly - I’ve learned that a lot of people are allergic to it. If you haven’t been exposed to it, don’t test it out in Hawaii! It was a huge damper on our trip. But the house itself was great, and I’d recommend it.

Great Extended Family Visit!
Our extended family decided to spend Thanksgiving in Maui, and this property made the perfect home base. The location in Kihei made it very easy to explore all around the island – it was a short drive to Wailea, and also an easy drive to Lahaina, Paia and the Kahului Airport. The house is about half a mile from a beach, a park, several restaurants, and a food truck park, so it was easy to either walk or take a very short drive into town, depending on our plans for the day. It was immaculately clean and included plenty of laundry and dish detergent, dishes, cookware, spices etc. so we pretty much only had to buy food for meals at the house. We appreciated the garage full of beach gear including towels, snorkels, boogie boards, and coolers that made trips to the beach very easy. Having two bedrooms on the main floor also made it easier for grandparents to access the house without going up and down stairs. The kids especially enjoyed being able to shower in a very private outdoor shower. We had a great trip, and this home helped make all three families feel at home in Hawaii!

Great Property (If you plan to stay inside the whole time)
I'm hesitant to write this, as the property itself was wonderfully remodeled. This experience though with the neighborhood will drive me off the platform. Twice now I've stayed in wonderfully remodeled homes in "crappy" neighborhoods. I tried to give VRBO a chance, but I will not be using this service again. It's back to hotels for me and my family.

Fabulous Family Vacation
We absolutely loved the house. We had 8 women....aunts, nieces and cousins. 4 stayed upstairs across the house and 4 stayed downstairs. The outdoor shower was a blessing with so many women it was great to have a third shower option. We found the location to be perfect to walking to shopping and restaurants. Additionally it was not far from the airport so after traveling for plenty of hours it was great to be right to our location. All the beaches on the island were close as well as the dock for our Whale Watching excursion. We will definitely book this house again! The management was so gracious and answered my many questions. They also responded quickly to my text messages when we were there. Thank you so much!

Wowie in Maui!!
Loved the place. The location was great! We would walk to the beach, playground, tourist schooling and grocery store. And just a 1 minute drive to the hwy! The kitchen was well equipped as were the linens. We had tons of towels and blankets options. The place also had snorkels, umbrellas, beach chairs and more! Everything you could need for a day at the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this stay. And the hot tub was the cherry on top!!

Great house , good location
This was a great house for our group. Roomy, well furnished, clean, and well appointed. Loved having use of the beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. Also appreciated the number of towels provided. The only downside (if you can call it that) is that the two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom in the main bedroom. It worked for us because we didn't mind sharing it with our daughters but might be weird if it was just friends. I would also suggest they install more towel racks or hooks in the main bathroom, a full length mirror in the main bedroom and a coat rack by the front door. These added features would be really helpful. Overall, all of us loved this house and would happily return.

Excellent Multi-Generational Family Vacation Spot
We spent 9 days at the Kihei beach house. There were 8 of us from 9 years old to 75. The house worked great for us with large, comfortable beds in 3 rooms and twin beds in the other room. The shady lani and hot tub were wonderful and the ocean and beginner surfing beach were just a short walk down the street. The house was also easy to find and centrally located in South Maui - we did it all on Maui from this spot - Hana, West Maui, Lahina, Waliea, Upcountry. The house was fully equipped and very clean. We would absolutely recommend this to our friends and family and stay here again.

We stayed one week! Fantastic property and just like the photos!
Great home with a short walk to the beach. The home is in a truly residential community which gives you a good feeling of living amongst locals. Everyone was very friendly and warm. The home was absolutely perfect! And well stocked to meet all needs-5.5 stars🤗 However, I must comment on the ants as they were a small inconvenience and required much attention despite us keeping the kitchen spotless!! Overall, a 4.5 rating! PMI has done a fabulous job with this property. Thank you and I would consider your properties in the future!
