¡El codiciado Makena Surf A204 ofrece impresionantes vistas del océano! Este espacioso 2 dormitorios / 2 baños tiene espacio para toda la familia. Al entrar, le da la bienvenida la luminosa y acogedora sala de estar con minibar y muebles acogedores. Este deseable plano de planta abierto fluye muy bien en el área de comedor con espacio para 6 en la gran mesa de madera. La cocina está equipada abundantemente con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, mostradores de granito y todo lo que el chef de la familia necesitaría para preparar una comida gourmet.

Las puertas corredizas de vidrio del piso al techo conducen a su lanai privado y permiten vistas increíbles del cráter Molokini, la isla Kaho'olawe y las fascinantes olas del océano. Cene al aire libre o simplemente relájese y escuche las olas rompiendo en la playa a solo unos metros de distancia.

Getaway at Makena Surf
Maui is an annual trip for us! We travel each year to this beautiful island with our dear friends for the ultimate, relaxing vacation. Our recent stays have been at Makena Surf. This unit is the perfect location to the ocean, the pool, and lovely walking paths. The complex is near many local establishments as well. In additon, we enjoy the privacy and quiet of this complex/unit. The unit is the ideal size. There are 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 spacious baths. The kitchen space is perfect for meals at home while sipping a cocktail on the large lanai as the sun sets over the ocean. The view can not be beat! We did have a small interruption on our vacation with the unit's AC. Although, service calls are not ideal on a vacation, we were pleased with the final outcome. The managemant company was professional. We appreciated the communication and the issue did not dampen our vacation. We would book again because of how the management company handled the issue and compnesated our time. Enjoy Maui and enjoy Makena Surf. Mike, Tara, Mark and Jennifer

Great Location, Great Beach and Pool access
We really enjoyed our stay. We had a broken AC unit for several days but the repair staff took care of it us. The area was wonderful and the easy beach access was perfect. We also enjoyed being able to relax in the pool and hot tub right next to the unit. There was great snorkeling just off the beach too.

Very Pleasant Stay
This was our second time staying in this particular unit and although it is a bit dated, it is clean, spacious and offers a beautiful view of the ocean, our favorite part. The grill on the balcony was a nice surprise, since we were told by the management before our arrival there wasn’t one. Also, we were given the wrong code for all the gates (pool, gym), but other quests helped there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Roomy condo, stunning view, great location!
Great condo, would stay again! The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area were all spacious. The view from the living area and lanai was amazing. The beach that was right behind the condo was perfect. It wasn’t crowded, there was great snorkeling, there was not a quick drop-off so it was good for kids to play in, and it had a beautiful view of sunset. We never had to communicate with owner during our stay because everything worked and all information was well-communicated in advance and great information on laminated sheets in the condo. Thanks for a fantastic Maui experience!

Great location, unit very aged, carpet stained and ugly, hard surface floors all cracked. Needs update! Beach amazing, pool very good. Property managers very uncommunicative! No help at all. Had to get Pool; door code from other guests!

Great sunset reviews and privacy
They're great! Sunset views from the Lanai. The beach was fantastic. The property was well kept. The only drawback was some traffic noise from the street in the bedrooms.

Great location, condo a bit worn
The condo is in a perfect location, but is a bit tired and dated in appointments. The carpets were worn and stained. No shades and afternoon sun intense. Beds comfortable. The condo was fine, but I have stayed in much nicer units there. Several lights were out, and rust and wear in areas.

There was a DYD player in the entertainment center that did not work, it should be removed, an alarm clock in the master that does not work, we had difficulty with the ice maker in the refrigerator, other than that everything was lovely. Makena Surf is a devine place to stay and be,

Great place
We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, had a great view, a short walk to the beach and the pool. The only issue was the broken washing machine. We had our 2 kids with us and staying for 10 days. Since I knew there was laundry in the place I packed them light thinking I will do laundry there. However the washer was broken and when I called they said there was a history there.... they graciously offered to do our laundry through the laundry service and they bought a new washer dryer set that would come later in the week. There were issues with the new dryer and they ended us never installing it, so now we didn't even have a working dryer which is frustrating when you are at the beach and needing dry towels. On the day we were checking out the maintenance showed up to install the washer and dryer that was sitting there because "the cleaning crew needs it" which tells me they could've installed it while we were there but chose not to. I think they tried to fix the situation but there were lots of miscommunication btw their teams which is why I am rating the place a 4....

Perfect Location!
The location could not have been better and the property is well-maintained. The unit itself could use some love and updates, but it's hard to complain too much when you're in the middle of paradise and everything is well-cleaned. We had issues with the air conditioning the first couple of days (a door was slightly open triggering a sensor to keep it off), but I ran into a property manager who helped and was great! Unit has minimal beach equipment other than some extra chairs, but hit up a local rental company for that. Kitchen was well stocked with the essential equipment and we used the BBQ which was in great shape.

Amazing view, very well-appointed unit.
We stayed in unit A-204 in early April 2022. Our view of the beach, ocean and sunset was amazing. The unit was very well-appointed, clean and welcoming upon our arrival. We had a very relaxing week with our three generation family and are so pleased with our stay!

Superbly Serene
We had a fantastic stay at Makena Surf and loved how easy and secluded the beach area was, proximity to shopping centers/restaurants, and size of the condo. Pictures do not do justice to the actual size of the condo and had plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies and laundry in the unit was great. Lanai view can’t be beat but do wish there were a few more lounge chairs out there.

Beautiful views, very clean
This condo was so convenient- close to a mall, Monkey Pod restaurant, a grocery store and beachfront. Lots of restaurants and bakeries in the area. The living area has wrap around windows with amazing views and the parking lot is just outside the condo & there were always spots. There's a rinse off station outside on your way back from the beach so you don't have to stress about sand. Great wildlife- we saw fish and sea turtles every day & the beach is private & isn't crowded. There are Tommy Bahama beach chairs you can use. Laundry soap, toiletries and everything we needed was provided & the washer & dryer were very convenient. Very clean unit with lots of towels, beach towels and hot water for our family of 6. We'd definitely stay here again!

March getaway
We have stayed at Makena Surf condos numerous times. We enjoyed the condos location. The view is wonderful! A few items need to be added to the unit: additional patio chairs, there are only 3 (the patio furniture needs to be replaced). We had to constantly move indoor dining chairs outside so the 4 of us could enjoy the outdoor dining. additional wine glasses need to be added, there are only 2 We purchased a can opener (we left in unit for next customer)

We loved our unit esp the size, location and view
The company , service & communication was great . Our only recommendation would be to have more furniture on the lanai ( outdoor patio area) since it’s large and there was not enough seating to sit out for dinner( only 3 chairs for a small table) . Also extra chairs to accommodate gatherings for up to 10 people . Also , there were only 3 wine glasses and could use more complete sets of dishes ( at least 8) .

Beautiful location; need better cleaning!
We had a wonderful stay -- our second at this unit. We were disappointed with the cleanliness -- bed linens were not done (many different odors of previous guests!) and rugs need to be cleaned as they are filthy (looks like they weren't cleaned since we were here two years ago) but otherwise a wonderful stay! Property manager was very responsive and helpfulz

Beautiful Surprise
We went into the trip a little skeptical of the beach access based on pictures and description. Yet we found the A building to be the most enjoyable and the beach to not only be close but a perfect walk-in over a clean, soft sandy threshhold.
