We ask for an early check-in, and were told it would not be available. That was fine, but when we checked in at 4 o’clock, there was no heat in the unit, no power at all. We called and talked to a Vacasa worker, and they said the power was out in the whole community. This was obviously untrue as all the units beside us had power. We were told we would have to wait until the power company came.Next, after waiting another hour, we called again. This time, we were told that the heating unit had a problem. They said they would have to relocate us.We never got to speak to the property owners at all.
