Este segundo piso, una villa de un dormitorio en East Beach es abierto, espacioso, playero y moderno. Ubicada junto al Santuario ya una corta distancia a pie del Town Center Marketplace, el 4654 Tennis Club Villa tiene pisos de madera noble, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y está bellamente diseñado. Dos televisores HD de pantalla plana, 350 canales, WIFI gratuito y tomacorrientes USB en la cocina y en las mesitas de noche detrás de la habitación para cargar el teléfono fácilmente. El porche cubierto es maravilloso para relajarse y tiene cortinas de privacidad. La villa tiene una cama King y un nuevo colchón Queen con colchón de espuma de gel, con capacidad para 4 personas y permite estacionamiento para 2 autos. A 10 minutos a pie del acceso a la playa es muy conveniente y el perro de la familia es bienvenido por una pequeña tarifa por noche. Snowbirds bienvenidos!

We left on Monday as the storm approached. Shortly after we left a tornado hit 400 yards from the condo and 1 feet of water flooded where our car would have been and the main road out. We would have been trapped. Nothing wrong with the property but this vacation was a complete failure.

Quiet getaway
The condo was lovely, just as depicted. The location was good, a doable walk to the beach, the park and market. Directions to such, left in the unit would have been helpful. Understand, there is very little signage and when you are unfamiliar with the area and all the villas look alike it’s confusing. Being right next to the tennis courts we thought it might be noisy, it was not, even sitting on the porch. The whole area was very quiet. The villa was generally very clean the only exception was the stove and cabinets around the stove that had a film of grease. Looked like the cleaner forgot that side of the kitchen. Renters should know there are no extras in the kitchen, no starter coffee not even salt or pepper. Suggestions to add would be a bottle opener, soap dish for the bathroom and facial tissues. Generally it was a very nice rental that we would not hesitate to rent again.

Awesome location, great comfy condo, 2nd floor view of tennis facility off big nice porch. Only downside was unit is part of 4 plex and 2 of the units were getting remodeled so weekdays experienced some noise.

Beach Stay Review at Kiawah’s Tennis Villa’s
Great stay! The property was the perfect size for myself, wife, and our small dog. It was clean , neat and organized. The only very minor issue we had is the location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach access but there’s plenty of bikes to rent and it also gave us an excuse to get our steps in! So be mindful of that and also GPS will not take you exactly to this property so you have to do some looking once your in the villa area. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a nice property. Thanks!

This was perfect for the tennis tournament we were attending at Kiawah. We had a wonderful view of the courts where our kids were playing their matches. The property clearly has been renovated and is tastefully appointed. There were fun family boardgames also.

My husband & I enjoyed the stay with our 2 small dogs. The space is very comfortable, with updated kitchen and bath, and all very clean. Recommend this unit for a peaceful escape.

Condo was in overall good condition. We did spill some water on the kitchen floor and when we wiped it up realized the floor was pretty dirty… Also tried to contact the property mgr about getting a later check out but never heard from them …

Excellent getaway for R&R
First time at Kiawah Villa for our 36th Anniversary. Great place to relax and/or enjoy tennis (on premises) beach nearby by either walking or bicycle. The unit was as picture perfect; very clean and comfortable. The bed was super soft; maybe too soft for some. However, the sound bar was extremely loud on TV in living room. Other than that we had a delightful stay and plan to come back. The property manager at Vacasa was nice and answered our emails promptly. She was very helpful in getting the exterior lights turned back on after a storm. Thanks Again for a great vacation! 👌

Perfect tennis and golf getaway
Kiawah Island is the perfect place for tennis and golf lovers. This property is located right on the tennis courts with a great view of the clay courts. Very nice.
