Kiawah Island East Beach Club de Tenis Villa. Redecoración 2015. Cocina con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. El dormitorio principal cuenta con nuevo mobiliario nuevo dormitorio extra grande suelos de álamo de oro, y el baño principal tiene una cabina de granito en la ducha. La gran combinación de sala / sala de sol es amplio y luminoso. Ultra HDTV de 50 "Smart TV Nueva 1/2016. Pisos de madera en todas las habitaciones confort a toda la villa. Nuevos muebles de 2do BR con 2 camas matrimoniales.
2do baño remodelado con nuevas baldosas de metro 2019

Convenientemente ubicado cerca del centro de la ciudad y del nuevo Sanctuary Hotel, restaurantes, tiendas, tenis, Night Heron Park y otros servicios. Estamos a sólo un corto paseo o en bicicleta a la playa.


Golf y Tennis Resort: Kiawah Island es un campo de golf muy aclamado y tenis complejo, la organización de grandes torneos en ambos deportes.

La playa: La playa de Kiawah es muy ancha y plana, y está a 11 millas de longitud. En la marea baja la playa es tan amplia como un campo de fútbol es mucho !!!l

La Selva Marítima y Marismas: Tenemos 28 kilómetros de caminos pavimentados que serpentean a través de hermosos marítimas forestales, pantanos y abierta

Peaceful and pleasant
The area is exactly how I remember it when I was a kid, but the property has been updated and kept very clean. Really enjoyed our time. Cant recommend enough. Would like pool access if possible even if there is a cost involved. But every other aspect was phenomenal.

Super Spring Break Stay!
We had a lovely stay from start to finish. Beautiful property in excellent location. All amenities were terrific and great upgrades to the unit. Short walk to the beach and Sanctuary hotel. We always love our time at Kiawah. Thank you for keeping such a lovely place for others to visit and enjoy. We hope to return in the future!

Clean and spacious, great location.
We stayed at many VRBOs in the East side and this is one of the nicest one for price. Villa accepts dog yet does not smell “doggy” at all. There is no carpet, which gives a clean feel. The kitchen was well stocked except only 2-3 “real” drinking glasses, rest were all plastic tumblers. There was S/P left from other guests and 1 roll of paper towel. No sponge/dish cloth were supplied, but ample dish detergent and pods for the DW which is quiet and efficient. We did notice that there isn’t really an over the range exhaust so all the steam/smoke stays in the kitchen. The tv situation was confusing with 4 remotes and no instructions on how to watch regular channels. We could have contacted the owner about this but had not heard back from them regarding a previous question regarding parking, so we didn’t bother. The bathrooms are updated and clean with good water pressure/temperature from showers. The cotton towels were not soft probably due to no fabric softener supplied for when towels are washed. The TP is one-ply but soft, and there are several refills. We had trouble with the lock, mostly for locking it when we left the villa. The handle has to be pulled in tight or mechanism won’t work. The bed was awesome, comfie, great sheets. Villa is quiet except for A/C and furnace which work great but are noisy. Blinds don’t keep all light out. There is no screened porch as with other villas. Wifi is very good except in MBDRM. Overall a really great place, we would stay there again!

Loved Kiawah - nice villa
Very Nice tennis villa, with all amenities and had everything we needed and more! Loved the Beach and bikes were so fun! They just need a new king bed then it would be PERFECT! (I like a new firm mattress).

pleasantly surprised
we were quite surprised by the privacy of the island. It was very remote and jungle like by comparison where we live. Every day was an adventure seeing the alligators, herons, deer and other wildlife. With all of the bike/walking trails we certainly got plenty of exercise. The island offered all we needed from groceries to restaurants, without the hustle of heavy commercial living. We found it very relaxing and interesting.

"Home" base for trips to Charleston
This condo and location were perfect for our trip. We were able to go back and forth to Charleston for day trips. Communicating with Carol was seamless and very helpful when we had a problem with the entry code. If you are staying here, please note the beds are very high. The condo and grounds well-maintained. It is on the first floor, but there are six steps to get to the door and would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

Short stay
We have stayed in many villas in Kiawah and so far this was our favorite. We came down for a wedding and decided to make it a long weekend. The den is so nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and so much natural sunlight. A very short drive to the beach, although could be ridden to by the bikes provided or even walked if an avid walker. We saw alligator and deer, which is always our favorite part of Kiawah. Check in was super easy. The worst part of our trip was leaving. We hope to visit again though!

Great place to stay!
Overall the property was as advertised, very clean and roomy. It was in a good location that was quiet and safe. More washcloths and towels would have been nice since 4 people were staying and one of the beach bikes was unusable due to a flat tire so all 4 of us couldn't ride. Overall we had a great time and we would recommend this property!

Good but...
The listing was mostly accurate and the location was excellent for the purposes of our stay. We had anticipated that we would be able to pay a fee for access to resort amenities, but that wasn't an option. After requesting more information we were told by the management company that the owner didn't choose to provide this for their guest - what?? This was a bit frustrating, but fortunately there is a lot of other options on Kiawah and we were able to get off island to go swimming in a pool. No beach amenities were provided (chairs, towels, boards) which seems like it would be very convenient given that is the primary feature of the island. Finally, we gave it a one because the stove wouldn't work and although we pointed this out early to the owner/manager, nothing was done. "You can call housekeeping" was the response. Housekeeping doesn't fix electric stoves that are fire hazards (the oven went to full broil only). Finally, we had many bugs - roaches and ants - the owners response was "we spray regularly". The first day we had to get ant traps and roach spray because of the dozens that we found scurrying around on the floor, walls and ceilings. Maybe you need to change your treatment company??? It doesn't seem like the owner cares much about the guests and really poor responses to inquiries. This is not our typical experience on VRBO. My recommendation would be to find another tennis villa (there are many options) that has more considerate owner.

Beautiful & Clean Villa!!!
This Villa did not disappoint! It had everything that we needed and was very spacious. The King size bed in the master was incredibly comfortable and what a beautiful room it was! Although we didn't needs to use the guest room, it as well, was beautiful. This was one of the cleanest, pet friendly, rentals that my hubby and I have ever stayed in. Being four legged parents, my husband and I always vacation on Kiawah with our dogs and this villa was by far the prettiest, cleanest one yet! My hubby and I are a little OCD when it comes to cleanliness (especially having dogs as our kids!) so it is always a pet peeve to have a clean rental, and this one passed with flying colors. You would not know walking in that it was pet friendly. This was our first time staying in Carol's villa, and as pleased and happy as we were...we will DEFINITELY stay there again. Big screen TV in the living area, comfortable couches and loungers and the kitchen was well equipped. The beach from the villa, was a little further than we usually stay but nothing a quick bike ride couldn't fix! A big plus is that Carol has bikes for those who stay there so there is no need to rent them! I spoke back and forth via email with Carol and few times and once on the phone and she answered all of my questions very quickly. Carol was very pleasant and a wonderful host and it was a treat to be able to stay in her beautiful villa!

We really enjoyed the stay at Kiawah!! Carol was quick to respond with any questions I had and we had a seamless check in process and stay. Close to the beach and sanctuary as well as night heron park. It brought back memories of spending summers there as a kid and I got to share the 4th fire works with my kiddos! Great coffee maker (because you have to have that with kids) and kitchen had all we needed to make it feel like home for the week. Thanks for the trip and stay. :)

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything is exactly as advertised and there are notes inside the unit that are very helpful. Everything was clean and we received access instructions well in advance! We loved that bikes were included as well. The only thing I missed was a balcony, but knew that there wasn't one.

The property was as advertised. It is adjacent to the tennis club and an easy walk to the Sanctuary. Having bikes to use was excellent and very nice to have to explore the island. Having a washer and dryer was critical! The facility was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was figuring out how to open the door. The property owner did assist (top knob).
