ADORANTE COTTAGE UN BLOQUE DE DUVAL ...
Cabaña privada de un dormitorio en Simonton Street, a una cuadra de Duval.  Total de un dormitorio, un baño con una cocina abierta y comedor, además de una sala de estar.  Esta casa es perfecta para una o dos parejas o una familia pequeña.  ¡Siéntese, relájese y disfrute!  

MOBILIARIO…
Los colores apacibles con decoración náutica añaden una agradable sensación tropical a la cabaña.   Siéntase relajado y en los trópicos, ya sea en interiores o exteriores.  Aunque se trata de una casa de campo de una habitación, se siente espaciosa debido a los hermosos techos abovedados de madera en la sala de estar y la cocina, y los bonitos techos altos en la habitación.  Pisos de madera y muchas ventanas para la luz solar natural.  Hay una cocina totalmente equipada que está abierta al comedor, ideal para visitar mientras se cocina y un hermoso baño completo recientemente renovado con ducha de pie ubicado convenientemente en el medio de la casa. 

ARREGLOS PARA DORMIR…
Dormitorio de la reina en el frente de la cabaña más allá de la sala de estar con su propia entrada privada.  Sofá cama en la sala de estar también con su propia entrada privada para acomodar a la segunda pareja o invitados durante la noche.  Esta casa es perfecta para una escapada de pareja que puede tener visitantes o 2 parejas compartiendo.

Ubicado a pocas puertas de distancia está Better Than Sex ... ¡el restaurante de postres más popular en Key West!  Además, convenientemente ubicado a una cuadra de distancia, se encuentran CVS, Papa John's, Dry Cleaning, Subway y restaurantes de alta cocina.  Es el lugar perfecto para cualquier lugar al que le gustaría ir en Cayo Hueso, y lo más importante, ¡está a una cuadra de Duval, donde encontrará tiendas, galerías de arte y excelentes restaurantes! Solo hay estacionamiento limitado en la calle, por lo que recomendamos a aquellos que conducen para estacionar en el estacionamiento de Old Town o una vez estacionados en un espacio de estacionamiento en la calle, que dejen su automóvil por el tiempo que dure su estadía ya que todo está a poca distancia a pie o en bicicleta. ¡y los comestibles se pueden pedir y entregar en el mismo día!

Stay at 812 Simonton St
Excellent location. Main issues were most windows did not open and most were smoked glass so not much natural light. The bedroom was in the front on a busy street so quite noisy.Overall we loved the location and the process interacting with the property manager.

Nice location and very clean but needs some extra touches. Kitchen chairs need cushions, almost impossible to sit for any length of time. Really the only comfortable seating is the couch. Get real throw rugs. The ones there are slippery and always rolling up. A trip hazard for sure. Fix the air conditioning. A cutting board in the kitchen would be a plus as well. When it trips on, it sounds like a train going thru the bedroom. Woke us every time. And lastly, a couple of cheap folding chairs so one could sit on the porch.

1year wedding anniversary
We found the tides on Simonton online and booked it immediately. When we arrived, the check-in process was very easy and the location is very nice. We ate down the street at Duffys twice during our stay and it is an amazing place. I highly recommend their prime rib. we will definitely be back

Nice place to stay. Very short walking distance to everything and with a bike it’s very easy to get around. The drawback was the lack of parking. It added an additional $100,- fee for 3 nights

Comfy Cottage
Lovely cottage retreat! Very spacious and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen . I used the kitchen a lot. Nice dining table. Comfy medium - firm bed . Big bathroom with large shower . Great location right next to Duval. Air conditioning provided nice white noise for sleep even though street noise was almost nonexistent. Nice high ceilings. Excellent host Whitney responded to my few texts immeadiatly and made me feel welcome. I plan on coming back to this comfy retreat .

Prime location in Old Town
The location of this property was absolutely amazing - its worth staying here for that alone. Right in the middle of Old Town, our farthest walk to anything we had planned was 25 min and shortest being mere minutes. As other reviews have stated it is not the most up to date place, but that is not something I am concerned about when basically only using a place to sleep and spend the rest of my time in the beautiful weather exploring. I do wish the bathroom would have had a fan as it did get pretty humid in that room when showering. Another thing that is not necessarily a con, just something you should be aware of if you are looking to stay here is that because of the location it is not quiet or sound proof in any way. The layout has the bedroom right up next to the street and there are neighbors close on either side that you can hear very easily. Without intervention you can hear people walking by, conversations, scooters, trucks, cars, roosters (lol). We always bring a fairly loud white noise machine on vacation and kept the AC fan on at night so we were able to drown out the majority of the excess noise and had no problems, but if you didn't have either of those and are a light sleeper you will have a bad time. Would definitely stay here again - awesome location, great place to stay when exploring Key West. Check in and check out were extremely smooth and communication with host was great.

The house was a block of of Duval street which was convieneint for dinning out. The place was as advertised and nice. Do not rent a car here golf carts are the best means for getting around or bicycles.

Conventient location!
We loved our stay at this sweet little home. We rented a golf-cart for this visit, but we really didn't need it as everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We had a lovely holiday, and would stay at this home again. :)

Nice property, concierge service was sub-par
My husband and I booked this trip to celebrate my 60th birthday. The property, and the management company were very good. However the concierge service was sub-par. Whenever I used the online service to make requests, our needs were never met. The most upsetting was a reservation for dinner on my birthday which was requested via telephone never came to fruition. My husband called three weeks ahead of time to request help with the reservation. He was assured that it would be taken care of, but that promise was broken. For those who plan a stay at this property - do not rely on this service.

Island quickie
The Tides was small but it is Key West. Had everything we needed except parking but we made do. Place was spotless and well stocked for our 2 night stay. Whitney was great in helping us with an early check in. Location 2 short blocks off of Duval. Nice neighborhood.

Great little place to stay close to Duvall St. We were able to walk just about everywhere. We never even moved our vehicle. House was clean and commutation with the management company was great. I would totally recommend for a couple or very small family due to the size. When putting out the pull out sofa it leaves very little room to get to the restroom. Overall, great location and experience.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property! We really enjoyed our time in Key West. Communication with the host was very helpful before our arrival. Additionally, the host left detailed information about the property and the area that was helpful for us as this was our first visit to Key West. We hope to return soon!
