We spent a full week in this poverty private bungalow and were very pleased! Of course the available laundry facilities and hot tub were a bonus but the best part was the location. Easily accessible to everything! This quaint bungalow was surrounded by businesses with live music, which we enjoyed, but we couldn’t hear a thing when inside. We felt secluded and loved the privacy. My only suggestion would be to have available bikes to use. We were fortunate to have friends let us borrow theirs so it was not an inconvenience for us. The hosts communicated well and responded quickly when asked questions. They were very helpful and offered recommendations. New linens and towels were dropped off throughout the week as well. We will definitely be back!

Loved it!
Great location and great stay! We traveled in March when it wasn't too hot. Weather was a perfect low 80's during the day and cooled off just enough to enjoy the hot tub at night.

Review
Very good. A little noisy but that's to be expected a block off Duval St and if you shut the doors you can't hear anything. Loved having a Keurig but for some reason there was only 1 coffee cup Could have used a table inside and some more places to hang things in the bathroom but we were very happy with the place.

Exceeded Our Expectations!
My wife and I decided to get away over Thanksgiving weekend. We stayed here Thanksgiving Day through Sunday. This property truly did exceed our expecations. It was exactly as described and the location puts you just a block away from Duvall Street and all of the action. This little bungalow is also set back away for the street so we experienced no noise nuisances despite being near the bars. This property is within walking distance to virtually all of the main "tourist stops" in Key West (Duvall Street, Hemingway's Estate, Southern Most Point, Little White House, etc.). We highly recommend this property if you're looking to experience Key West as a couple.

Went to key west for our anniversary. Couldn’t be happier with the accommodation. The representatives made sure we were comfy and if we needed anything at all they were ready and willing to help. Everything on the lower half of key west was within walking distance. We’re definitely booking this again!!!

Anniversary Trip
We were married in Key West in 2007 and this is where we stayed! We have tried several times to rebook but this was the first time it was available. Brought back so many good memories. Great location to walk to anything but also great place to just hang out together and chill. Hope to rent again on another anniversary.

Nice private spot. Loved it! Bed was a little hard. They only left two rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day stay for 2 people. Forget the laundry machines unless you like chicken poop on top and debris in the machines.

Wonderful birthday getaway!
We went down to key west for my boyfriends 30th birthday. This was the perfect place for us! It was secluded but in the middle of everything. Once we parked, we never had to get in the car again until we left. The cottage was so cute and had everything we needed. The private hot tub was awesome, everything was clean and well maintained. The property managers were very pleasant to communicate with and responded super fast. I would definitely recommend this place to any couple who wants privacy but right in the heart of town.

A disappointing Anniversary
As current VRBO hosts we were highly taken back with the lack of attention to detail at this property. Upon arrival the private courtyard was found with empty beer cans and a hot tub that was used by next door renters Inside the unit you will not find a split unit to be working but you will find a noisy window unit. Non of the blinds are in working condition and you will need to even bring a sponge so you can wash your dishes. So in summary if this vacation rental company would have more attention to detail it would be an amazing stay and space along with proximity to Duval

Perfect bungalow
Cozy little house through the gate of the street facing house. We felt secluded in a busy town. We did make a mistake and rented a car. There’s no dedicated parking. But...we walked everywhere and never needed it. Great location. Highly recommended.

Perfect location
The location was perfect in that it allowed us to walk to many places since driving isn't very ideal. It was close enough to all the action but tucked away just enough for privacy. We enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion would be to place some type of plastic strip and the bottom of the shower glass door so water doesn't get all over the bathroom floor when showering.

Cute little studio
We only stayed for one night. Very private and quaint. Only complaint was the outside could have been cleaned better. Hot tub cover looks to never be cleaned. Also oh was not good on the hot tub. Otherwise great place!

Would love to recommend, but can’t
Hot tub was dirty and continuously used by others who entered our patio area from the adjoining property. Property management promised to come fix the gate and clean the hot tub, but never did. We paid for 3 nights, but left after one. We was promised a refund for the unused portion of our stay, but only received 10% back! We definitely do not recommend this property or Key West Vacation Property.

Key West spur of the moment trip
Overall experience was great. Great location close to everything. Room is very private. Wife was a little spooked when we arrived at night, lighting to get to our room could have been better. Pool was great for a quick dip after long day walking around. Hot tub was nice at night and we used it a couple times. Had some minor issues with the room but management was super helpful. Room itself is newly refurbished and nice. A/C worked almost too good, wife could have used an extra blanket! Really enjoyed the place and would do it again.
