Great Location
We had a great time staying here. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay near Duval St. Plenty of space for four people for a long weekend.

Friends go to Keywest

Birthday celebration
The location was awesome easy to walk to everywhere. We didn’t even need a car close to the airport love the chickens. The roosters did get us up early, but that’s to be expected.

Fantastic Place
Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very well appointed and had everything we needed. Large space to spread out with a nice patio. Location was great, enjoyed the heated pool and was very quiet. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Perfect location
Awesome location on Duvall street close to everything. The complex itself is quiet and not super busy which was great. The pool area is beautiful, overlooks Duvall street for people watching. The hot tub was a nice added bonus. We would definitely stay again!

The only thing suggestion was to change the shower curtain liner in the small bedroom bathroom.
Nice place to stay. Very comfortable, spacious, lots of extras we didn’t have to provide. Would stay here again. 😎

The location was great. Close to everything but still quiet. The condo is more dated and worn than we expected. There was a strong musty smell as soon as we opened the door and adjusting the a/c didn't help. Maybe it's typical of the area but it really bothered my allergies.

Great Location
Check in and out were a breeze and the location is great. We loved the pool and the secure parking. The place itself is well stocked and roomy. It definitely needed a deep clean, though. The master bedroom has a window unit that kept saying error. It was hotter in the bedroom than outside (in July!) so it was pretty miserable. It never cooled off. We were really disappointed with that. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Getaway with Friends
Pros: Easy checkin. Great location on Duvall Street. House was better than website showed in pictures. Very clean. Cons: We were group of 6. The 2 full bathrooms were inside the 2 bedrooms which was inconvenient for the couple using the downstairs sofa bed. Downstairs sofa bed very uncomfortable. Overall we were pleased. Would book this location again. Host is slow to respond but does eventually respond.

Thank you for sharing your great house. It was perfect. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Its in a great location. The bus stops we very close and we used the bus to get around.

Good experience
The location is perfect, and the townhouse was very clean. It does need a coat of paint on the outside though. There are also two supplemental indoor a/c units in the bedrooms upstairs, and the one in the master bedroom is quite loud. Side from that it was a great place to stay and the owner was extremely helpful.

Great Location
Great location. Free bus stop very close by. Just far enough from craziness but close enough to walk everything if you enjoy walking. House was well stocked and clean. Hot tub nice, but we didn’t use it. Condo pool was very refreshing.

Property was great! Clean inside. Beds were nice. Location was great. Felt safe & secure. The one thing that was an inconvenience was that the elevator was not working. And made it a pain trying to maneuver our luggage up two flights of steps. One suggestion we had was, while there was a coffeemaker, there were no Kcups to put in it. Or anything listed that they didnt supply any coffee. And maybe it was listed somewhere & I completely missed it.

Parking
The best things about the place are location and secure parking. That's not to take away from the place itself, which has everything you need for a short stay. You can walk to a lot of great places or catch a ride on a pedicab. I was disappointed that the hot tub didn't heat up, but would stay there again for sure

A Week on Duval Street
This was our last week of 6 weeks in Key West. We enjoyed being right off Duval, Close to restaurant we like, theatre, music, hair salons, Shakti Yoga Studio and easy long walks.

Marathon Weekend
My group stayed here for the marathon weekend. This was my second time in this complex. It's a great place. Location is perfect to get around. Our place was super nice and had everything we could possibly need. Including a hottub on our deck ( surprize ). I will continue to always stay in this complex whenever I come. But I will specifically ask for this unit.

Nice place in downtown Key West.
Hot tub was broken. No response from owner/manager. After repeated calls, was given opportunity for complimentary late checkout as compensation. Found out later owner/manager tried to charge me $250 for not returning keys, which was not correct. Fortunately, I had taken a picture showing I had returned both keys to the lock box. As of this writing still trying to resolve this owner/manager, VRBO, and credit card company.

Quick Get A Way
Overall very satisfied with this place. The owner was very receptive and helpful. The place is clean and felt larger than the pictures show. We loved the location, close to Duval Street and felt very safe. The pool was nice as well. Highly recommend.
