Nice home!
The house was really nice and clean. This was a dog ok vrbo rental, which we really appreciated. There were signs of others who stayed with their pets. Scratches on the doors. Such a shame. Would be nice to have a couple extra towels. One for under the dog water bowl. One for the floor when getting out of the shower. Otherwise the house was well stocked with everything you need to cook our own meals. We would stay there again

Thanksgiving with family
We had a wonderful stay, traveling from out of town to visit family in the area, the house was clean, quiet and a lovely place to host grandparents for a small dinner. We were extremely pleased with the kitchen, it was very nicely stocked. It is a comfortable home base to have while visiting family in the area, close to town, but quiet with lovely views. Host was very responsive. Hopefully next time we will have time to explore some of the nearby trails.

Great place to stay
My husband & I chose the Lakeview House because it is pet friendly. We are relocating to the area & spent a week looking for a home. Clayton responded to all our communication quickly. He was friendly & professional. The ONLY thing I wish the house had was a fenced area for our dogs. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with great location
My husband and I had never been to eastern Washington and wanted to check out the area for our retirement. This home is in an ideal location to explore the areas around the Columbia & Kettle Rivers. It is beautifully decorated, with plenty of room to run our dog. It is a just a few minutes from Lake Roosevelt recreation and close to town. We definitely recommend!

Perfect guest house!
My husband and I stayed at this house in September for three nights to visit a relative. The house was perfect! The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. It's in a great location--quick drive to town, easy walk to the Lake Roosevelt, the marina, and nice hiking trails. It was very private and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, the furniture was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms have lots of closet space and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful views from the porch and yard. We enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor furniture and took photos of some wonderful sunsets. We would definitely stay here, again!

My Mom and I stayed here for 3 nights, we haven't been to the area in 20 years and loved being a tourist and checking out the town. The house is perfect, has everything you need, love the layout and view. From the Sunflower State to the Evergreen State
Very comfortable and quiet. Relatively new construction. Tasteful. Efficient use of space. Nicely appointed. The kitchen supplies were complete, including spices! The cookware is plentiful. If you like your coffee white, bring creamer. Otherwise, we lacked for absolutely nothing and had no complaints. We highly recommend this custom built property, especially if you enjoy a pillow top bed.

We were in the area for a week attending activities in nearby Colville. While fairly new, this house is well maintained and cared for. Excellent amenities were provided. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I wanted a place where we could host family, and this was perfect. The bedrooms are lovely, and the upstairs loft is a dream for kids. The view of the lake is lovely! The house is beautiful, and well appointed. Quality throughout! I won't hesitate to stay here again.

My only small complaints would be lack of towels, only 1 set per person, I know there is a washer but it's nice to have a spare instead of washing more often. Missing curtain in kitchen for night privacy. The big clock doesn't work.

Excellent place to stay!
We had a great stay here while on a 2 day fishing trip. We were barely at the cabin as we fished most of the days but it was very nice to come back to a well upkept and clean place. Perks for us was the large parking area which made it easy to park and move our boat around.
