Perfect for our needs
In town for a family wedding and had a great visit. The apartment met our needs well. Jason happened by early in our stay and offered to bring more blankets, towels, or whatever else we needed. Overall a very good experience!

Cozy place, very convenient to North Shore fishing!
This was a perfect place for my teenage daughter and I to stay during our week-long fishing trip. It is far enough out of Ketchikan to avoid the cruise-ship mobs, but is very close and convenient to Cedar Grove, Knudsen, the Lighthouse mini grocery store, and Walmart. It is also a short drive to Ward Lake and the north shore parks and coves. The apartment is on a quiet little street, and Jason went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The blow-up mattress was a nice quality big model, so my daughter slept well after a day battling salmon. Finally, this is a truly-detached unit, which was very welcome. Highly recommended!

Convenient comfy place In Ketchikan
This was a great place to stay. The owners said they wanted to make it a place they would like to stay in, and they definitely achieved the goal. The apartment was well apportioned with everything we needed. It was immaculately clean. We particularly liked being out of town, just a few miles, on a cove in a marine setting. Since the owners live on site there is a bit of noise that radiates to the apartment. But they are up front about it on the VRBO listing and it was never a problem for us. We’ve stayed in a number of VRBO’s over the years / this was really well done.

Wonderful stay
This was a perfect spot for us. Such a beautiful spot on the water! We loved the fact that it was out of town, and the bus to and from town was very easy to manage. We came in October and even with some wind and rain it was beautiful. The hosts were very nice and accommodating and made us feel at home. Great little cozy getaway!

Very new and modern. Clean. Neighborhood is not the same level as the condo. The main house is attached and you’ll hear the owners though it was quiet during sleeping hours.

Great place to stay in Ketchikan
This was an absolutely great place to stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the hosts were incredibly polite and kind. The apartment is beautiful and the kitchen had all of the supplies that you may need. The family lives on the same property but were very quiet and we didn't hear any noise coming through from the main property. Jason was very accommodating and friendly. Absolute 5/5. I would go out of my way to stay here again next time I am in Ketchikan.

Wonderful Place to Stay
This is a great apartment. It is a little ways out of town but that's what makes it nice and quiet. It's only about a 10 minute drive back into town. The kitchen was fantastic. It even had flour and sugar. Everything you might possibly need for cooking. The bed was super comfortable and the desk was a nice place to work.

Honeymoon stay
Apartment was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had everything you could imagine you might need. And everything was very orderly and nicely arranged and cared for. Jason was very accommodating and helpful. You can even see a section of the boat harbor from the living room. Plenty of hot water and great location for what we wanted! Green bean cafe was just down the street along with the beach and the lake and many trails. Excellent stay. Will definitely stay here again if we get the chance! 🤩

Great seaside spot for adventuring in KTN
Cozy cabin-like apartment was perfect for our trip to Ketchikan. We spent most of the time outdoors, and for access to activities this place was in a great location. Amenities in the unit were exactly what we needed. Friendly host, easy to communicate with. Great experience overall and having a nice place to stay made the trip that much better!

Scenery on the water is spectacular. Jason and Shely were easy to work with and helpful getting to know the area. Jason recommended a spectacular sea plane company to see the Misty Fiords by air. Apartment was warm and cozy and had everything we needed. Would like to visit again.

Perfect getaway
I was so cozy and cared for! The proximity to the water was amazing. I wanted to be away from town so it was perfect for me. You can hear the family that lives in the main house but that felt like home for me, it was not excessive just normal family bustle. The owners were super easy to communicate with, answered my texts right away when I had a question. The space was roomy and clean and had all the essentials.

Unit looks like described. Clean, great amenities, and wifi is fast. Hosts even bought us fresh ground coffee! Only drawback is you can hear the dogs and child(ren) running and jumping above you and it's louder when in the bedroom. We would stay here again!

Wonderful Little Hideaway
The apartment was exactly as advertised. Everything was super smooth with check-in and check-out. The views out the window are to die for and was a highlight to the trip. I would stay there again and again.
