“John showered us with information and was ever so helpful on our road trip from Dublin to Kenmare. Joanne was a delight - we had a wonderful welcome to the property. The property was just awesome, cozy like a warm hug. The location to shops/eating was great. We came the end of November, the weather was not so great, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the heck out of Kenmare. I always tell people you can't take a bad picture in Ireland. Miss it already! ”

“This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Hotel views bolstered mountains in the morning. Wonderful staff, we did not have time to utilize the spa but it looked beautiful. ”

“We stayed at jack duggan pub. It was clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation and really fun to have the bar. On a busy road so some traffic noise but with windows closed it was fine. The house is well stocked, our host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any queries. We went to the griffin for a nice pub dinner one night and the staff there were fabulous. ”

“As this is a self check-in it would be most helpful to have a three-ring binder listed with items such as “how to” use the peat stove, turn on the hot water, turn on the heat, identify the wifi code. There is a binder filled with bar and restaurant info but what I recommend is different. I did email the host about the wifi code and he let me know it is posted near the TV.
