“Beautiful house full of African historiy, the best is the staff, really nice people that helped us and treat us as home. Hillary and Mutiaza are amazing! The view from the house is Nairobi national park, very nice. The food was excellent, home made and delicious. We will come back!”

“Away from the mall about 2 miles. Walkable if you like walking. Very quiet and neatly maintained. Around the property some Contruction of house work is going on and can be noisy in the mornings after 9 am. The roads are not so good but the drivers are very careful due to frequent flooding that happened recently. Just 20 minutes from the airport. If you have a Uber app you can move around easily or the property provides you transportation too. ”

“Deep Sea Resort was a great place to stay in Kitale - our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Mt. Elgon National Park (~1 hour away from Kitale). The rooms, dining room and pool were clean (although the rooms smelled a bit musty), the staff was super nice/polite/helpful, the breakfast was delicious (eggs, pancakes, samosa, yams, fresh fruit and coffee) and there is a restaurant for lunch/dinner as well. The bed was fantastic - best night's sleep I have had since I arrived in Kenya...

“DO NOT stay in this hotel. I have stayed in some flea pits in my time, but this is the worst. Like the other review, they made me pay again, saying they had no booking with Hotels.com. The price reflects it of course, but it is in a dodgy part of town, a lot of noise, nasty rooms, no toilet seat etc. But the door service is a disgrace: the door staff would not even let me me rest after an exhausting journey to sort in the morning, and I PAID twice for this miserable pit. Hotels.com please...

“It is not a very comfortable B&B because the location is not that good and bed was too soft .... but I would say all the staff that I had met at the hotel were excellent. From the manager who gave us a small discount because of our mistakes, the kitchen staff who gave us pots of hot water and breakfast after the breakfast time, the reception lady who looked for the bananas for us because we needed and even the bell boys who helped us to take our heavy luggage between the ground floor and second...

“Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel très bien situé, dans un endroit sûr, calme et proche de beaucoup de comodités (restaurants, supermarchés, forêt ...). Chambre spacieuse, propre et assez confortable. Dommage que les finitions soient médiocres. Avec quelques petits effort, les lieux peuvent être beaucoup améliorés. Petit déjeuner inclus et préparé sur demande. Assez copieux et agréable. Question protection de l'envronnement, il est inutile de changer les serviettes de toilette tous les jours,...
