“We were looking for a place close to Dallas that would allow us to have a small place that would be kayak accessible. We found this location to be surprisingly quiet even though it has close neighbors and access to Cedar Creek Lake was easy right off the end of the property. We used our own kayaks although the host has boats available for guests. We also found a remarkable restaurant only miles from the cabin for a special anniversary dinner.”

“We needed a quick getaway close to the DFW area. This was just what we needed. We spent most of our time in the pool enjoying the peace and quite. We did do some fishing, which was really easy. The fish were swimming right around the dock. The house was clean and comfortable and the property owners made us feel welcome. The s'mores kit was an extra special touch. We will be back!”
