“A great find. On arrival we walked over to look at all the boats on Roydon Marina and had lunch at The Boathouse Cafe Bar, which overlooks the Marina. Staff friendly and helpful in the Hotel Reception. We had booked a windowless room but figured we'd be watching television or asleep so wouldn't need to worry about looking out of a window. “Reasonably priced accommodation with excellent food, comfortable bed and pleasant room. The room carpet was dog-eared with stains all over and the table in the dining room needed a proper clean as it was so sticky that some of my newspaper remained stuck to it!”

“What a lovely clean hotel. Located perfectly in Luton next to St George's Square. With Luton point shopping centre right around the corner. There is also ten pin bowling and a cinema for the kids or adults. Breakfast was lovely. Luton Airport is less than ten minutes drive. The staff were amazing. I would definitely stay there again..”
